I interviewed 6 lawyers to finally meet Frank and immediately felt a sense of commitment and trust from him. It was my first DUI, and of course I was terrified. Frank fully explained everything to me, what the best possible scenario was and what was the worst. Frank made sure that I understood everything that we talked about. I was always kept informed on what was going on with my case, and always felt like my case was in the best hands possible. With Frank's help, my DUI was reduced to a reckless driving. Another reason I went with Frank is because of his previous work in Cobb County. He knows both sides of the system and I liked that he had that knowledge. I felt like I was in the best hands possible and the results prove it for me.

Frank represented me in the DUI case. On paper, it looked extremely bad for me. I was facing multipe charges in one of the toughest DUI counties. Through his undying persistence, Mr. Gomez was able to get my charges reduced beyond what I could have ever imagined to a lane violation. He is a very intelligent, highly skilled lawyer who is relentless when it comes to defending his clients. Mr. Gomez always returned my emails faster than I could have imagined. Often times, I would receive a response within 2 minutes to a half hour at most. He always kept me abreast of what was happening with my case. Most of all, what I appreciate most about Mr. Gomez is his time and attention to detail about every aspect of my case. I just didn't feel like a case number or a client when dealing with Frank.. The guy truly cares about the clients he represents. He will fight for you like you are a member of his own family. He knows the court system, judges, prosecutors and all the participants better than just about anybody. I will forever be in debt to Mr.Gomez.. He saved my career, protected my family's well-being and gave me back my self dignity. Bottomline, you can't do better than Mr.Gomez period.

Frank Gomez is an excellent DUI attorney for many reasons! First and foremost, he cares about his clients, always making sure that his clients know he was hired to do the best he can to get you the right outcome for your DUI. He is extremely attentive and returns phone calls almost immediately if he is able. He also is well respected in the Cobb county area, knowing several prosecutors and police officers. He will utilize every resource possible to represent you, and, luckily for me, he was able to get my sentence reduced, which ultimately saved my career.

I would recommend Frank to anyone facing a DUI. He was well-prepared, knowledgable and forthright with me throughout the entire process. He always presented me with my options and gave me his legal opinion and the pros and cons of each. The thing I will always remember about Frank is how accessible he was day and night. He was always willing to help and truly put me at ease during a very stressful time. He is a great man and a great lawyer and it's immediately apparent how respected he is in the legal community when stepping into a courtroom with him for the first time. I can't say enough about Frank...he is one of the best.
