Asked for assistance on Malpractice

I contacted this firm concerning a possible malpractice case against another attorney that was working with me for an injury case. After a couple of conversations and emails it was determined my injury case was still workable and at this time it does not appear to be a malpractice case. This compan...y was not able to assist me but they did recommend another law firm that did take my case. No other law offices would even talk to me because they stated my case was to old. If I it turns out that I can take the other law firm to court for malpractice this will be the first company I call.

Case Gone Wrong

Atty. Linley Jones has been very professional, and respectful. She really made me feel good about everything that I had to face in pursuing my lawsuit. Her down to earth and friendly approach gave me the assurance I needed in order to trust another lawyer. I am so grateful to have met Atty. Linley wh...en I did, and the results I received are very favorable, and in a timely manner. Atty. Linley has not neglected responding to any calls or questions I've had. She personally calls me as a check in, and always has time to answer questions. She is very knowledgeable in her field and she makes sure that I understand everything pertaining to my case. I have found Atty. Linley Jones to be honest and professional. She was referred to me, and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

One of the best decisions you will make under these circumstances

I was in a very serious car accident in which I was seriously injured by a drunk driver. The accident required several surgeries as well as several other procedures. Because I did not have any health insurance and the drunk driver's auto insurance policy did not cover much, it was important that I go...t an attorney very quickly. This was not a task I was not interested in because I was still hospitalized, in the midst of sugeries, and in a lot of pain, also finding a lawyer under these circumstances is not as easy as the commercials make it seem. Most of the leg work and interviewing was done by family and friends; however I met every lawyer they felt I should meet. Linley came highly recommended by several of her peers; her top priority was her clients and she would fight hard for them. When I met her I could immediately tell by the way that she presented herself that she was the lawyer for me to me it seem like she was interested in the best outcome for me. I personally feel like she exceeded my expectations as my lawyer. As I continued to work with her I felt like she also had an interest me as an individual and my post accident recovery succes as well. Q: Is she a good lawyer? A: Actually I think she is a great lawyer. Q: Would you recommend her to your family and friends? A: Without Hesitation!!! I do not normally write recommendations, but considering the complexity of this type of decision I thought it may be helpful. I hope it was.
