Attorney Joseph Rhodes in my opinion is an honest person. His motive is not to give you a run around but to actually resolve your case. He is friendly, sincere and not greedy to grab consultation fee. In my opinion being a Paralegal, I don't see attorneys who are really-really honest, all they want is your money and will never tell you the true reality. I would say Mr. Joesph is an exception to the rule.
