I was involved in a car wreck where I got hit by a drunk driver. I received some chiropractic treatment but no major injuries, thank god. Daniel Dean got $35,000 from the insurance company for me and this was a miracle. His office kept me informed of the case progress by contacting me every month and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff for helping me out with my case and getting a fat settlement check. If you are ever involved in a car wreck, this is the person to see!

Mr. Dean handled my mother's auto accident case. She was injured in an auto accident and sustained serious damage to her vehicle and had huge medical bills. His firm took care of everything from the start opening up a claim, arranging for my rental car, car repair, doctors, medical records and bills. And his bilingual staff kept my mother fully informed of everything and got her a nice settlement check. Although his profile does not show that he practices personal injury, I think he handles just as many personal injury cases as his criminal cases. I would highly recommend him as a personal injury lawyer!

This lawyer claims he has so much knowledge in his cases, however, he failed to keep his promises, and also, failed to do some paperwork that was needed for the case. It is so hard to get in contact with him, and his paralegal assistants (some who do not even have the degree or certificate) are the only people you seem to be able to get in contact with. And with that, they barely help, anyway. It was disappointing and VERY frustrating because at first, Daniel Dean is very attentive.. before you sign contracts/pay your money. After that, good luck getting in touch with him and getting any updated information about your case from him.

      Lawyer Comment:

Often times, people come into an attorney's office with high expectations. When that expectation fails, people end up blaming the attorney for everything. Attorneys can't change your bad case facts and certainly can't change your criminal history even if the client blatantly lies about it. I find that disgruntled clients blast attorneys online for not getting the results that they had "hoped" and "wanted" and "wished for". The justice system does not care about your wishes. It only cares about punishing the wrong-doers and to prevent them from committing the crime again. Perhaps you should be more remorseful about what you have done wrong instead of blasting a 30+ year veteran who's handled cases ranging from simple traffic violations to murder and have made difference in many people's lives. I stand by this attorney's diligence and professionalism. And do not blast paralegals for not having a paralegal certificate or a degree. Some of the best paralegals in town who can handle all the work that attorneys do often have neither and do a really good job. FYI, this attorney's paralegals are all college educated. Know your facts before talking sh**.
      Thank you!
