Hack of an attorney!!! He handles cases for the DHS-DCSS which basically means he tries to get child support for plaintiffs such as myself. Problem is that he is w-a-y too cocky in court and says a lot of demeaning things that just aren't called for. I just wanted my child support and he goes on a ti...rade against my ex to get it. Ex had a hardship. I understand that. There was no need to make up complete lies to get his point across to the judge and I told him so. I didn't think you were supposed to lie in court! His cases are already in his hip pocket so he just phones it in with the judges anyway. He needs to be professional and work on his ethics because he has none. I would never hire him on a separate case because he would probably embarrass me and get hit with contempt or perjury charge for lying in court.
