Smart Attorney

I know a lot of attorney's, but Brian continues to be the one I go back to for my most challenging needs. He is smart and resourceful.

One of the best attorneys in town...

I've worked with Brian for approxiametly 10 years. I owned a real estate brokerage firm at the time and did most of my closings with Brian. I also did real estate flips and worked with investors, banks, the courthouse, etc. Brian has a wealth of real estate knowledge and was easy to contact to get... advice, documentation, etc. I've referred Brian to several builders and realtors and they all let me know how much help he was. In the last couple years I hired Brian to help litigate a lease / purchase conflict that went to trial. Brian provided great support for this case which was eventually dismissed. He could not act as the lead attorney given our relationship, but his research and input greatly helped. Even though Brian has a Duke education and often litigates for national banks, he is very approachable and easy to talk to. His focus is not on counting the minutes he can charge, or in any way self serving. Brian will listen and will talk through key issues I need to understand. I highly recommend Brian and his firm. If you want a down to earth, intelligent, creative advocate, then it will be worth your time to talk to him first.

Very Understanding and Professional

Brian took care of my two dispute very professionally and all issues were favorably settled in my favor in first arbitration meeting.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
