It's been years ago since I've seen this person and I tried to write a review but was turned down because my anger towards this person is still apparent. I won't call him a man because I DON'T think he is a man. I paid this person to represent me in court. On court day this person stood beside me and said nothing. Afterwards we met in his office. I wanted answers and he wouldn't answer my questions. He eventually got loud and very rude and order me to leave his office or this person said it would call the police and have me removed.

Let's keep this short and to the point. Don improperly handled my traffic case. Also, promised to fix the situation. After numerous calls and broken promises for a year I JUST GAVE UP! If slick talk and glad handing sounds good , THEN DON VAUGHAN IS THE GUY FOR YOU.

"Senator" Vaughn was given a civil sue to handle as the previous attorney dropped the ball. He was to negotiate with the plaintiffs attorney, however, when the negotiating was done the plaintiffs attorney called the orgininal attorney, thus telling me that he had not talked with the other attorney. Each time I would call their office April would inform me they were playing phone tag with the plaintiffs attorney, however, I had no problem reaching his office as he to has a paralegal. They would say "I will get back with you" however, you were the one having to make the calls as "Senator" Vaughn is more interested in playing Politics than he is representing you. Then when the case was suppose to be settled, I received another letter from an attorney for the other defendant named on the sue in which I was negotiating this sue for both parties. Once again, back to Vaughns office..he would call attorney for Plaintiff would get back with me. Three days later I had to call his office, April informed me he was out of town and she would speak with him on the issue and get back with me, however, haven't heard from them...I too will be filing a complaint with the bar on "Senator" Vaughn. This could cost me additional money due to his lack of not processing the case correctly.

I hired "Senator" Donald R. Vaughan for a traffic ticket and I paid his office in full. His secretary Dawn Brown and Donald Vaughan told me on 6 different occassions that his fee of 325.00 was a flat rate. I was arrested 3 days before christmas and taken out of my home during a Christmas party because "Senator" Donald Vaughan decided to not show up for my court date. I then received a bill in the mail from Guilford Co. in the amount of 263.00 for court costs and fines. Not one dollar of the 325.00 went towards anything they promised. I basically paid "Senator" Donald Vaughan 325.00 for the embarrasment of going to jail and then 2 weeks later being terminated from my career over the arrest. Ive called his office numerous times w/ out getting anyone on the phone. I am in the process of filing a complaint against him w/ the bar. His secretary Dawn will talk fast interupt you and basically tell you what you need to hear in order to collect your money. Good luck w/ this firm!!!
