My neighbor tore down my fence, out of spite over an overgrown yard dispute. They tore down 12 planks, three panels. Yes, know not expensive to fix, but if I don't do something, where do they stop? He was curt, arrogant, sort of making light of destruction over 'such a small inexpensive thing'. I am disabled, will have to hire someone to fix it, and what if they do it again? It's my money, if I want to spend it on a lawyers letter, my choice. He actually said that this was insignificant as complaining because your neighbors squirrels were in your yard. My house is in a fairly expensive area of Richmond, am getting ready to list it. He didn't know or care about any of that, the point being I thought the letter might prevent future destruction.

Not very respectful when it comes to actually speaking with him. Unreachable to the point of waiting 10 minutes before the hearing begins, in turn causing him to speak without knowing what he is talking about...very dissatisfied with his services. Hardly tried to fight the case, willingly allowed the other attorney to over-power and win the trial.
