Joe Condo gets an A+ review for his services. He was always available and responsive. His ideas were creative and he had a firm grasp of the situation. There is no doubt he attempted to keep billed hours to a minimum. While his hourly rates were high there were numerous times he stopped meetings to stop running the clock. His basic tenant was "don't waste time and money until we need to". I firmly believe he could have billed me significantly more hours had his goal been billable hours. He did not waste time or resources.
I found him to be professional, personal, ethical, and not vindictive towards the other party. His strategy was always to minimize the personal attacks and work a fair, viable settlement. However, I have no doubt he would have been effective had things gotten tough.
I would say he is both"book smart" and "street smart" and very practical in his approach. He is a family man and recognizes the tragedy of divorce. He was always focused on what was best for the kids and the overall family unit while remaining my advocate.
I would recommend him to anyone needing a divorce attorney.

After having a lawyer for six months who would not return my phone calls, even though I only called her two times, I decided I needed to find someone else who would be more responsive. Joe Condo is the best. He always returned calls/emails right away, and I could tell he was really looking out for me in every aspect of my divorce. We mediated my divorce rather than going to court, which saved a lot of money, time and stress, and I was very pleased with the outcome -- thanks to Joe. I left very pleased with my settlement and I really don't think I would have fared nearly as well with my original attorney. I would highly recommend Joe Condo.
