Outcome: Settlement in favor of my client for $125 million

Description: In this case, my client, the Federal Deposit Insurance Coropration, sued Ernst and Young alleging that Ernst was responsible for the billion dollar failure of Superior Bank in Illinois. Ernst subsquently settled the case with the FDIC for $125 million.
