Michael James Riley

Michael J. Riley is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Riley helps corporate clients defend against environmental/mold cases, employment/labor matters, as well as general business has tried over a dozen cases both in jury and bench trials and has represented clients in cases alleging bad faith, as well as defamation, professional liability, construction defect and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a litigator. He also served as staff counsel for a major insurance company.

Mr. Riley has handled hundreds of civil litigation cases, including premises liability and transportation litigation cases. He is experienced at taking cases through Mediation, Arbitration, and Binding Arbitration.

Mr. Riley is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, he completed internships with the consumer law sections of both the Los Angeles City Attorney and the California Attorney General. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University in Northridge.
