The day I got arrested and charged with a felony, that was the worst day of my life. I had made a terrible mistake, and one that I thought would destroy my life as I knew it, taking my career, my pride, even my freedom. The day the prosecution dropped the felony charge was the best day of my life. The sky was more blue, the grass more green, people more wonderful. I hired Gary three days after that terrible day, and he took me to that wonderful day. He worked the case, and told me what needed to be done. Every day was stressful, but I followed every one of his instructions and let him do the rest. In the end, I am beyond grateful to have put this experience behind me. Thank you Gary!

Astounding Lawyer,I was being charged with a sex crime of indecent exposure, and Mr.Gerstenfield was very confident throughout the whole process. Mr Gerstenfield took it a step further and assisted me with spousal communication. I thought there was a chance that my entire life would fall apart, but when I went to court the judge dropped the charges. My situation may have been unorthodox but this excellent lawyer was not only very professional but proficient in the courtroom. A hard worker, and he is worth every single cent.

After a night of partying at a bar in Ocean City, MD I was accused of switching seats with the driver and convicted of a DUI/DWI and a few other traffic violations. I was refered to Gary through a friend who highly recommended him. Gary took my case all the way to jury trial and got not one, not two, but all five of my charges dismissed. Gary traveled all the way to Ocean City to represent me and had confidence and faith in his abilities. Do not even consider any other attorney in the state of Maryland, Gary Gerstenfield will not disappoint, not to mention he has a great sense of humor! Thank you, Gary!

Gary Gerstenfeild is a GREAT Lawyer. I went to him without any hope for my case in PG County and he turned it all around. I had about 9 charges and two were major. I was looking at about 15 years and I desperately needed someone to help me. At first I hired another lawyer and found that he was not getting much done and in the last minute I went to Gary because he had giving me a good feeling when I went to his firm for consultation. Looking back on it now I am so thankful I went to him because he worked out a deal for me than not only got me off but also without anything getting on my record. I really liked Gary as my lawyer because he is a REAL lawyer not one of those that just talk to you and take your money. He actually talks to you, follows up and gets things done. If you a need a lawyer to help you get out of a big mess you created Gary is definitely the one to go to. He will figure out some kind of way to get you off. He is the MAN.

Rebecca Cosca has been very effective representing my case in PG County for my recent indiscretion for services for hire with an undercover policewoman. She has been able to achieve a favorable verdict on my behalf, and then successfully negotiated for me to work a nominal number of community service hours. I was pleased with her ability to reach out to her contacts within the “system”, to help me with a settlement to my liking. Rebecca has been the consummate professional, who has always had my best interest at heart, and all the while exercising the utmost discretion. I have a tremendous amount of confidence in Rebecca and would recommend her to anyone who may be seeking representation. Additionally, I would also like to recommend her colleague and partner, Gary Gerstenfield. Gary and I initially met when I had made an appointment. He thoroughly explained the process to me and expressed confidence to have my “situation” successfully resolved. When my case was finally dismissed by the county, Gary personally called me to convey the good news. While that in itself is not all that unique, I should say he did this at 9 PM. I certainly did not expect him to do that, considering it was outside of normal business hours. He did not have to do that, and it is something I will never forget.

Gary is a talker, and a smart one at that. He took the time to fully understand a ridiculously complex case, and then proceeded to explain it to the prosecutor! I was the ex-husband facing multiple fictitious charges by my ex-wife. Add to that a female detective that hates men, then top it off with a female prosecutor. I was a dead man until I found Gary. Miraculously, he got me through it completely unscathed! The best part about Gary though, is the peace of mind. I knew he knew exactly what he was doing. Super friendly guy, me feel confident that my case wouldn't be an issue and came through for me! Had a criminal charge that carried jail time and ended up with only community service and most likely will be expunged.
