About me

I represent many types of business clients in their formation, financing, operation and disposition.  I represent real estate developers and other owners of real property in connection with the formation of special taxing districts, tax increment financing districts, and other public-private partnerships, as well as structure joint venture agreements among investors and operators of real property assets.   I also represent nonprofit organizations and assist them in fulfilling their mission.
