From day one his office staff has been rude. If you ask questions they get obnoxious with you. I have called and left messages that go unanswered. I call again after time passes and again I leave a message with no response. They don't like to be inconveniencedone or be questioned. They do like to inconvenience you though. I would not recommend either. The doctors he sends you to are bigger crooks than the insurance doctors. Your injury and life are a game to everyone one involved. Bottom line is money and what cut everybody is going to get. Both office employees are rude and don't care about you. Tried to hire new lawyer but I was into far with this one.

I've been with Mr. Zarbin and his team for a few years, but I have to say I'm thoroughly glad that our "issue" is settled. I'm tired of calling his office for information and getting snippy lines and digs from his office staff. Jackie can be a real sweetheart, but Vicki is just downright rude and unprofessional.

He is an excellent lawyer. He represented me in my case. He preformed a very good job in representing me. I am really thankful that he did.

Would not recommend nor refer this attorney to anyone. Doesn't return calls in a timely manner and when he does my previous questions and concerns aren't addressed or answered. He appears clueless to the facts of the case. You can't handle a clients case without involving the client. Makes you ponder who are you really working for?

Terrible experience. It seems that he does not listen to what I am saying and did not treat me in a right way. Showed no sympathy for my loss, only called me back after I called 7-10 times and when he did call back - he did not know that facts of my case. It was very insulting to me and I absolutely cannot recommend this lawyer. If I managed my business in such a way - I would be out of business.

I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and his para-legal, Brenda. Never did I feel my calls were impositions. Never did I call only to find an endless-pit voicemail where calls rarely get returned.
From Robert, I got sound, no-nonsene advice. He took good care of me and I always felt my case was being thoroughly worked. Now that everything is settled, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Robert and Brenda.

I get better callbacks from my 9 year old niece. Mr. Zarbin does not know the facts of my case. Thinks and tells me everything is "too" difficult yet why would I be paying him the 20% retainer fee? Wouldn't an attorney need to perform some work for this? If I didn't know any better he was working hand in hand with the insurance company. I have found 30 other cases who have similar complaints and can back them up. I have NEVER once been updated outside of contacting their office at least 5-8 times first prior to receiving a call back. Not very good business ethics. I am more than happy to pay an attorney their 20% but they need to do a little more than contact me once every 3-4 months and must contact my insurance company as they will not speak to me. Other than that again he is very pleasant to me on the phone as if nothing is wrong. If I had the chance to do things all over again I would have trusted those who had advised me against him and went with my gut feeling but I chose not to, my fault, I suffered the consequences. All I can say is this is something very important to you so treat it that way and dont settle on working with just anyone who tells you they are the best - if you look at his reviews, half are by his "friend attorneys. Well I can have my friends provide stellar references as well, that does not mean that I am top notch at what I do.

I don't feel he cares about my case or knows what is going on with my case until i call
him, I strongly believe he does not review my file until i persistantly demand an answer to a problem, never responds in a timely manner, also asking the same question that i answered him months before, I have to fax documents more than 2tx before his offices acknowledges the receipt. although pleasant when I do get him,he finds a way to brush you off before you are done. I need prayers for my hearing
