I don't feel he cares about my case or knows what is going on with my case until i call
him, I strongly believe he does not review my file until i persistantly demand an answer to a problem, never responds in a timely manner, also asking the same question that i answered him months before, I have to fax documents more than 2tx before his offices acknowledges the receipt. although pleasant when I do get him,he finds a way to brush you off before you are done.
