Outcome: Ethical violation reversed

Description: The former director of the Calvert County Department of Planning and Zoning was found by the Calvert County Ethics Comission to have comitted an ethical violation. I appealed that finding to the Calvert County Circuit Court. We prevailed, the finding of an ethical violation was reversed, and the client's name was cleared.
