I retained Mr. Henning as my lawyer for bankruptcy. He seemed a bit knowledgeable up front, but then seemed to have to "research and get back to me" on my more specific questions. I'm not certain he has done bankruptcy that much in the past. When I called him, it took him a very long time to return calls and even then he seemed clueless as to why I called originally, even though I left very specific messages. He seemed unresponsive and made me feel like he was so much more superior and that I had to understand his ways of doing things. I didn't get much sympathy or any real explanations to my questions. He did not keep me informed of the status of my case and when I received things in the mail from the court, he wanted me to pay to have him explain what they were. I just was not happy with him.

A friend of mine asked where I had my bankruptcy done and I told her to go anywhere except to Mr. Hening. Sorry, but I cannot recommend him.
