Description:Brought race discrimination claims against large employer in federal court and was compelled to arbitration; on appeal the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit held that the arbitration agreement had to be reformed to include procedural rules helpful to employees (which had been admitted by the employer) but the agreement was not so infirm that it could be voided.
