On a Monday I called for a consultation with Mr.Fioretti, with in 4 hours I received a response and dates and times that he was available. This message was left by Mr.Fioretti, not a secretary. I was amazed but the prompt response. Wednesday,I went for the initial consultation with Mr. Fioretti.I was even more amazed in person.
Mr.Fioretti was patient, kind and listened to what I had to say.
He did not take my case because it was not in the best interest of my chilldren and I due to location but he was able to guild me in the right direction. In the last 7 months of this ordeal I had never felt as respected and understood.
Mr.Fioretti was direct, and though the consultation was of no charge, he took the time with me and and validated me.
The one feeling that I had was that I was in good hands and that he was empathetic but direct and would not let me fall through the cracks.
In one meeting he was able to guide me better than legal aid who lost my file for 2 months, and the Bar association referral. Happily we are on our way with our new lawyer and confident in future outcomes. For others who may be walking this same nightmare,scanning phone books, the web and asking friends where to turn, I could only show my appreciation by returning to the source in which I found his name in the first place.
Mr.Fioretti, Thank you,I am eternally grateful. There is hope and there is humanity and someone to fight the good fight with you, and sometimes for you. Thank you for opening that door.
