Albertine Yuk Len Dufrayne

Albertine Y.DuFrayne concentrates her practice on cases involving simple andcomplex divorce, spousalsupport, child support,custody,parental rights, adoption, prenuptial and partnership agreements. Ms. DuFraynegrew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She earned a Juris Doctor fromTemple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and a Bachelor of Artsfrom the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2001. 

Prior to joining Petrelli Law,P.C., Ms. DuFrayne worked for the Homeless Advocacy Project where sherepresented families living in shelters on a wide variety ofmatters.  She also served a two-year judicial clerked for theHonorable Ann M. Butchart in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, FamilyCourt Juvenile Division.

Ms. DuFrayne is anactive member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and will serve as Chair ofthe Young Lawyers Division in 2010.  Some of her leadershipactivities include serving as Chair of Law Week Programs during 2008 and 2009,co-chairing the annual Comedy Night Fundraiser to benefit the Philadelphia BarFoundation, participating in the Mentor Program and organizing volunteer eventsat the Ronald McDonald House.  She also served as treasurer for thePublic Interest Section during 2006 and 2007.  She is currently amember of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia VIP, the pro bono arm of thePhiladelphia Bar Association, and is an active member of the University ofWisconsin - Madison Alumni Association of Philadelphia, South Jersey andDelaware Chapter.

Ms. DuFrayne presented ContinuingLegal Education courses entitled Handling Credit Cases for HomelessClients and Women Laywers & Social Media – Ethics, Privacy and Social Mediaas well as participated as a panelist on the subject of Law Practice Managementand Blogs.  Ms. DuFrayne has also presented the speech at several NaturalizationCeremonies where she had the opportunity to welcome dozens of new U.S. citizenson behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
