Three years ago, Alan S. Kaplinsky was able to immediately analyze our company’s critical dispute against a state’s Attorney General. He brilliantly developed and implemented a litigation plan that allowed us to quickly prevail against the AG. She ended up being disgraced and her attempts to over-regulate our industry were declared unconstitutional. As a General Counsel, I have hired and worked with the best and brightest lawyers in the world from London and from New York to San Francisco.
