I found Rand Spear through a television commercial. I was in a car accident October 2012. I called Rand Spear about my injuries hoping to get some money out of it in order to pay for everything. I went through physical therapy, talked to the attorney maybe about 3 times. When I was done therapy, I called the lawyer and he asked how the accident happened again and then said he'd call me back. I got a call from the physical therapy office and was told my lawyer dropped me. The man did not call himself, nor did I have a reason as to why he no longer represented me. This guy is the worst and is a waste of time and money. Do not trust him.
Posted by a Personal Injury client,
I was hit by someone who blew a red light resulting in nerve damage to 3 parts of my spine. I won my case during arbitration in which the defendant appealed. I was not assigned one attorney, I spoke to different ones throughout my case . At the trial a new attorney from this firm showed up and was just given the case the day before. He was horrible and barely knew the details of my case. The police report was not allowed which would have been a slam dunk but there were other things that could have been submitted which were not. Among other things I had a check from the defendants insurance company to reimbursement for my deductible that was never even mentioned. I am not an attorney but I would think that that would admit that he was at fault. I lost my case and even the judge at the end dismissed the jury and apologized to me for what had just taken place. I had never been in a car accident in over 25 years and never even had a parking ticket. The judge believed me but unfortunately the jury was not interested and two of them even fell asleep during testimony. He reprimanded the defendant stating that "you know you hit this women and what was just done was wrong". He also had a few words for both attorneys. The law firm decided not to appeal the decision due to it was not "worth it for them" and I am stuck with permanent damage.
