Mr. Gerhard's seminal book on Medicaid titled Medicaid Pennsylvania: Long Term Care is one of the most thoroughly researched, informative and well written treatise I have ever read. I reference his book in my Elder Law practice on a regular basis. I have also had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Gerhard on the phone. I endorse him as an attorney, scholar and gentleman.
