I was referred through the AARP website to Debra Speyer. From the moment I met her I knew that she would fight very hard for me and give the best legal advice. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. The serious and sensitive issues I was dealing with, Debra kept me informed of all the pros and cons. Also finding an attorney that would work with my case on a contingent basis was a true blessing from heaven. I had contacted several attorneys through several agencies for help and she is the only one who understood and was able to work along with me financially.

Debra came to our rescue during a time of intense family strife over the wellbeing of my mother after my father died. She worked very hard for me and my brother to assist in having my mother moved to my home.

My case involved identity theft and annuity fraud; it was so "over the top" that I knew I would have a hard time finding an attorney who would believe my case and handle it. (An attorney from Boston indicated it would be "an uphill battle.") I knew there had to be an attorney, in this country, who had handled a case like this before plus one who had a backbone and there was - Debra. She took on my case (even though I lived in theTwin Cities) and was awesome! Between phone calls and e-mails, she captured the details of my case and prepared a "Statement of Claim" that was well written and concise. After it was submitted, she kept me updated, as needed. Also, if I had any questions, she was always available for phone calls or e-mails. For example, one night I was calling her office at 9:30 P.M. C.S.T. (10:30 P.M. E.S.T.); I was expecting to get her voicemail but she was still in the office, working on my case. WOW! As indicated previously, with Debra's backbone, legal expertise, and knowledge, she won my case and it was settled. In conclusion, words cannot convey my appreciation and gratitude for Debra's hard work, dedication, and commitment
