I came to this attorney for a will and a power of attorney. He spent a lot of time with me, and he asked me a lot more questions than I expected. I was amazed at how well he understood the situation and gave me great advice.
His work was great, and I got a lot more than I expected.

I was recommended to this attorney by a friend. I was very reluctant and concerned, since I never had used an attorney for a major item. In this case it dealt with my mother's will and estate. I didn't know what to do.
My Hyman and his office explained what would likely happen---how long it would take---and what it should cost. He also gave me choices on how to save money, in handling this matter. I felt that he was more concerned with me, than in simply making a fee.
At first I did have some problems with my sister, who was also an heir to Mom's will, but Mr. Hyman's patience and clear approach seemed to keep her under control, and soon she seemed to be working with me, rather than distrusting me.
I did respect my Hyman's advice, and his philosophy about how my mother would have wanted my sister and I to get along, and that this was a tough time for many heirs.
In the end, my sister and I do get along, and I think that my Mom would be proud..
