    Mr. Merchant helped me when one of the founding partners in my LLC suddenly left the firm. He advised me on how to retain ownership of the firm, and he did an excellent job drafting the partnership termination agreement. Mr. Merchant was knowledgable and helped guide me through what was a difficult transition.

    I would highly recommend him to anyone needing business advice or guidance.
