In my line of work, I have worked with many Lawyers (Airline Purchasing and Bankruptcy), Mr. Pollock was my first personal Lawyer representing me with a subject that I had no experience with... Divorce.
I found him to be a dedicated, honest and trustworthy representative, who took the time to explain my options to me and provide sound advise when needed. My goal was to provide for my children and exwife, what was reasonable considering my specific circumstances and be protected from excessive or arbitrary obligations. Mr. Pollock delivered with high mark on my expectations and kept his fees resonable. Mr. Pollock made an unpleasant situation and process more relaxed and comfortable. I consulted with Jeff after having a horrific experience with my first attorney who did not "get" the domestic violence issues that were at the center of my divorce case. At the earliest opportunity, began researching replacement counsel and Jeff made the short list very easily. I read Jeff's informative website and his outstanding client reviews. Also, because I happen to be an attorney myself (but do not practice family law), I am aware generally of Jeff's good reputation in the legal community as a leader and as someone who does what he says he will do. Jeff called me back promptly and gave me his unvarnished opinion of my case. He even offered to give me his impressions of the other counsel I was considering if I did not hire him. Just today, I referred another divorce client to Jeff. He is one of those rare people that give lawyers a good name.

I merely talked to him over the phone, and I can tell he is honest, right to the point, and understand your needs. I wish I found him before I went through three different lawyers in my divorce case. He told me his charge upfront. He analysed my case in a few minutes. He was right to the point, and he persuaded me that I have no chance to win, and I'm not a person easily persuaded. He is willing to loose a client by giving me an honest opinion, and I think that shows a lot charactor.

I have a terrible situation with my ex-husband. He is the type that does't understand boundaries, and as a result makes my life entirely stressful. I came for advice on how to handle him and make him stop threatening me. There was already a custody order in place for our daughter, Jeff had helped to have a few key things changed in the agreement. Now I do not have to see my ex-husband as often, which makes all the difference. I also had to come to Jeff for advice on how to make my ex-husband stop texting/e-mailing me offensive and degrating things. And just as I expected, Jeff gave good advice. I do not hesitate to contact him for the things that are so important to me, because I have faith that these matters are also important to Jeff. Needing an attorney means you are going through a bad time, but having Jeff as your attorney makes the process much easier. Attorneys are usually intimidating. Jeff Pollock is a kind man and genuinely wants the best for all parties involved.

I have found Attorney Polock to be a very capable atorney. I feel very comfortable referring clients to his office because I know he is a fair Attoorney that continually strives to better his professional services and wants to truly help his clients out in the most cost effective way possible. I entered that I used Jeff's legal services 1-6 months ago, but I first sought his guidance in 1988. I've recently found my file and comparing it to my current issue I'm amazed how professional, considerate and informative he was, even then. The most amazing thing is that his fresh from law school, idealistic, yet completely realistic view of the world is still a part of him. His services now still hold the same values as back then, with over 20 years of learning and practice he is only that much more! Might sound too good to be true, but I rated Mr. Pollock excellent in all areas because he is, hands down, the best attorney I've ever worked and communicated with. In the past, I had to fire attorneys due to poor service, lack of reasonable response time, and a general distaste for how they viewed me as a client. Mr. Pollock excels in every way, and friends of mine who I've referred Jeff to have also reported a very favorable experience with him.
His knowledge of his specific areas of expertise are what you would expect - impeccible. If I ask him a question in an area he is not focused in, he will readily refer me to another attorney who he deems appropriate. Some attorneys try to maximize their monatary intake by trying to wear many hats, but Mr. Pollock will let you know up front where he stands. Jeffrey Pollock

In the interest of not picking up the yellow pages and throwing a dart when I needed legal representation, I asked an attorney, involved in a different field of practice, to refer me to a great attorney. Without hesitation, he referred me to Atty. Jeffrey Pollock.
Jeff has been great legal counsel, a good friend, and always acted in my best interest. He helped me through different stages in my life requiring legal representation, and with hindsight always being 20/20, I wouldn't have changed a thing. He always responds and never leaves you questioning your decision to utilize his service. Jeff is not only a wonderful lawyer, but a wonderful person and friend. He always takes the time to answer question, no matter when they are asked or how silly they may seem. He goes out of his way to make sure that he is doing the best job he can for you, and informs you of how things are going along the way. Jeff is the kind of lawyer one dreams about, one who you don't mind paying large fees to because not only is he a trustworthy, responsive, humorous, generous, talented attorney, but he shares his personal life with his clients (well, at least with me he did) that makes you feel like it's not just strictly business. I've been invited to his home several times to watch the Final Four (though, sadly I've never been able to attend...yet) and I've seen him act on stage at a local theater. Great guy, great lawyer, would recommend to anyone (except the unfortunate soul on the receiving end of he and I). :)
