Mr. Bach was professional, knowledgeable and even more important he was honest and delivered very fine results as he promised wthin a very reasonable timeframe. He gave me back my peace of mind. Plus his fee was quite reasonable.
I was satisfied with my representation I received from Mr. Bach, I was both impressed by his knowledge of the law pertaining to my case and the end results. I was able to have a particular vehicular ticket reduced and a fine that was more than acceptable. Mr. Bach certainly held true to his word and I had no problems dealing with him.
I agree with another review that was posted to this site. Bach is only after your money. He promises things that he never delivers on. Worst of all....he LIES!!!! He will tell you things that he has done, but rest assured, he hasn't done them. I paid Bach $3000 to get a case resolved. When you talk to him, you will feel as if this is definitely the person who will get you out of it, but wait till it actually happens. He does nothing for you. Do not trust him.
Please do not use this lawyer. I have worked used the services of Richard Bach since a long time. I have paid in excess of $3000 to this attorney and he has done nothing for me. He promised to handle my case properly, he asked me to send him a check for his fees. Since then I have been trying to contact him but he refuses to talk to me. All I get is "I am busy now" "I haven't got time".... Please be aware of this lawyer. Please do not use him as your attorney even if he promises he will resolve your matter. He is only after your $$$$
Richard Nelson Bach is a horrible attorney and should not be practicing law. He is only after money and as a result will lie to get it.
I was unfortunate to have used the services of Richard N. Bach when I was detained by immigration from Sept. 4-25.
He charged me an exorbitant fee of $2300 purporting to represent me in the case.
I sensed that Richard N. Bach was going to screw me over and he did just that.
He insisted on receiving this amount plus $5000 for my bond hearing.
After he received the money, Richard decided that amount was only to represent me in the bond hearing only and not for the immigration case.
He kept telling me he had submitted my forms only to find out he hadn't even done so.
He kept changing his word and often said: "I may have misqouted myself!" to cover his lies.
On my court date he didn't show up; he decided to conduct the preceedings via phone.
I was told the bond could have been further reduced to $1500 but Richard Nelson Bach asked for $5000 because that's how much I had given him and so without making any effort he requested for just $5000.
After the bond reduction was granted, Richard N. Bach neglected to make the payment the very same day and did not even realize that the check I sent him was issued in my aunt's name and could only be made payable by my aunt. This oversight or rather incompetence on his side caused me to remain in detention for close to a week longer after my bond was reduced. Richard N. Bach showed no remorse and negelected to honor his word about picking me up from the detention facility since he had already received his money, $2300.
