Successully coordinated with Criminal Counsel to prevent mandatory detention of Client by ICE

Outcome: Client not subjected to Mandatory Detention

Description: Client was indicted on several counts. Pleading guilty to certain counts would have resulted in mandatory detention of client. We coordinated the least damaging plea with Client's criminal attorney, and ICE did not detain client.
