put a retainer down - custody case - it was simply - 3 dates no contest and then i waited 4 weeks 6 weeks 7 weeks still didn't have a court order - called Richard Hanft to find out why -- he said it was a court error and he would take care of it --- then wrote up the order and submitted it to the court... then charged me again for 1.5 hours additional work and court reaserch time... then after I had received my order and still had a balance that he would have to send back he "found" another1.75 hours to bill my retainer... so what was a credit of almost $6.00 at the final court date now became a return of $140.

His administrative assistant told me that she was leaving the practice at the end of the week and when I asked her why she admitted it was because she had seen too much of this same situation happening for her to feel comfortable to continue working there.
