We received a letter from Stanco's office, asking that we call regarding a claim. No-one at his office would allow me to speak to, email, or leave a message for Mr. Stanco. Instead, I was verbally abused by Anthony and Shanna. When I called after hours in order to leave a voicemail for the lawyer who sent the letter, I specified that I wish to hear from Mr. Stanco, and ONLY Mr. Stanco. When I received a return call from one of the debt collectors I told him that unless and until Mr. Stanco contacts me, this matter is closed.
They are trying to collect payment for damage from an alleged collision for which there is no police report, witnesses, or insurance claim filed by anyone but the "victim".
I am amazed at the unprofessional bullies that work for him. I have documented each interaction and am notifying the BBB..

Michael'sOffice called to review a car accident my daughter was involved in. The representative "Anthony" was abbusive. He liked hearing himself talk. He called my insurance agent, he was belligerent and obnoxious. My insurance agent called Commerence Insurance to let them know the kind of abuse they endured.
