Description:Possession of a Weapon. The client was falsely accused after being set up by two former police Detectives at the behest of a Divorce lawyer and after an extremely hard fought jury trial before a Judge who wanted to put this Defendant in jail, he was found not guilty. To make matters worse, the Defendant left in the middle of jury deliberations and his bail was revoked and a Warrant was issued for his immediate arrest. He was still acquitted after a full day of jury deliberations.
