Description: Lawsuit for unauthorized use of an author's work by Herbert Bailey, noted author of "E The Essential Vitamin" against The Cambridge Diet, a revolutionary diet program. The author alleged that The Cambridge Diet used his research and materials without compensation. Although the author had not copyrighted the materials, we were nonetheless able to prove that there was an implied contract to compensate the author for the research which he did by comparing it to the actual published materials. This led to a favorable settlement.
