Andrew has helped me out of MANY jams in the past. He is honest and talks to me like a friend rather than a client and tells me how it is. He is genuine and interested in my life and problems. he is a peacemaker. I find him to be affordable. He has handled many different types of cases and issues for me ranging from lease negotiations to court appearances. i always call him before I do anything.

Several years ago, I had been referred by a client to his mother, a middle aged woman who had been both behind in her rent and also operating an illegal day care center in a government rent subsidized apartment building in Brooklyn. After several Court appearances, and with the assistance of the Judges' law clerk and the Judge, and after allocution of the Stipulation before the Judge (where the Judge explained the terms of the Stipulation, at my request) the client voluntarily entered into Court "so ordered" stipulation, which provided for a waiver of all rent arrears and four months to relocate. That evening, I received a phone call from a very angry client who pronounced that she had been tricked into signing the stipulation and that it was all my fault. Thereafter, she never paid her bill and I never heard from her again.
When I thereafter discussed this incident with her son, he laughed and said, "That's my Mother",
