I hired the law office of Mr. Magnell to handle a traffic accident that I had been involved in on the NY State thruway.
Everyone in his office, including Megan and Kate, dealt with me in an extremely professional manner and were always available via phone and email communication.
I was very satisfied with the final outcome as my initial ticket would have resulted in points on my license and Mr. Magnell was successful in getting the ticket reduced to no points.

Mr. Magnell and his support staff were engaged to handle a traffic offense for my 20 year old son who was traveling outside our home state to visit a friend. I was nervous given my physical location is about 1000 miles from where the offense occurred & where Mr. Magnell maintains his office. I hired Mr. Magnell originally for a speeding ticket and another infraction. While the court managed to mess it pretty bad (lost the tickets, info, depositions), Mr. Magnell's office was able to bring it to an excellent disposition in my favor. No complaints, other than most of my communication was via his associate, Ms. Benson. She was responsive and kept me informed, e-mail glitches aside (on both our parts).

i got a ticket in the area while i was driving through. i live about 4 hours away so there was no way i was going to drive all the way back. my ticket was for speeding & court appearance required. i found this office online & was very happy. they took care of everything.

I am very thankful to Mr. Glenn Magnell for his assistance. Driving with my wife, son and granddaughter after attending the 4 July fireworks, I was stopped by a police officer at 12:30 am and given tickets for speeding and bypassing on the right. The latter was not true - do not understand how the officer figured that out - one cannot bypass on the right on 17M, which is a single lane road in one direction unless the vehicle you are bypassing is moving on the left against traffic! I later checked, as I pass frequently on that road, even if I indeed violated the speed limit which is 55 there, it was very minimal. The officer did not appear to be equipped with a speed checking device.

Anyway, I faced 6 points, a "responsibility fee" that NYS DMV imposes, and a possible increase in insurance payment. Mr Magnell provided me with advice and took over the case which he handled professionally and successfully. Thanks to him, the DA reduced my "violations" to a parking ticket of $75. Justice prevailed!

Driving on the newburgh/beacon bridge at 61, according to the trooper, I failed to slow down to 40 before the toll. The ticket was for 61 in a 40 which would have been 6 points and numerous fines along with a rate increase on my insurance. Glenn was about to get it down to a parking ticket with no points and he was even able to plea bargin down the price of the parking ticket from 150 to 100. This man knows his stuff, he knows just how hard to push. I was kept informed thru-out the 2 year process with Kate who was a pleasure to deal with, and witty to I might add.

I was given a ticket for speeding in Stafford county. I live in ontario and i was not able to deal with the matter.
