Many of my co workers had used Warren over the past 15 years. I used him because he cares and ultimately he won for me. I did meet with one of his competitors that had a local office as well. But that lawyer basically worked on his own and Warren works with a large staff.

It took him about 16 moths to secure my 3/4 and Social Security Disability Benefits. We are still working on Zadroga and Workers Comp.

Warren and his staff care. He is a busy guy. He called me every time he needed to update me or needed me to supply additional information. He did not call me to comfort me or to shoot the breeze. He did what he said he would do. He promised to respond to my calls and emails and he did that . He promised to work hard to get me results and he did that too.

You can trust Warren, Nancy (The boss of the legal assistants) and Sean(one of Warren's Associates) to get the job done. I will make more retired than I did working and can get all of the medical care I need. This is a firm that cares about those of us who serve in the uniformed services.

It took more than 2 years and 2 sets of retirement applications but Warren hung in there for me and won my case. He won my Social Security benefits in a matter of months. My retirement was another story.

The retirement process was an aggravating one. It took 2 sets of applications and I had to see the State doctors more than once but I finally won. Warren's nurse Barbara went to the exams with me and was great. His associate Ryan was also great. Warren kept his legal bills reasonable and got the job done. We all get frustrated and need someone to blame. Warren is usually it. However, you should not blame the guy who is in there fighting for you hard. Do what I did. Email your questions directly to Warren and set up follow up meetings if your find yourself panicking. He always responded to my emails and to other guys and gals on my job. We have all been there watching the mailbox. The process stinks. But we have to go through it to get to the benefits we are due.

I would not be set up for the rest of my life if it was not for Warren's skill and expertise. If you follow his advise and keep seeing your doctors and take the time to keep updating your records with Warren you will do fine. I read reviews on him just before typing mine. People seem to mistake his being busy with him being rude. I can only imagine how many times a day he personally has to hold peoples hands and beg them to be patient with the State.

My wife and kids will not have to worry about having a good income thanks to Warren, Ryan and Barbara. Thanks guys.

While my experience with Mr. Roth has been nothing short of a migraine headache, I do know he has helped quite a few people in the past, with excellent results, but recently, not only in my case, but others whom I know have retained him are going through the same issues.

While parts of his rebuttal to a posting may be true, remember, there are 3 sides to every story, and attorneys are experts at leaving out the 2 sides that don't help their cause.

He does have a staff of 6 attorneys, and 4 legal assistants, but my calls went unreturned for weeks on end. When I finally got to speak with one of his assistants, who knew nothing about my case, I was told that they would speak with Mr. Roth and get back to me, well, that never happened.

He very well may be in his office most days from 8am to 6pm, but that doesn't mean he is accessible. You will always get his voice-mail, and leaving a message is useless. If you happen to actually get through to him, it will be a 30 second call because he is too important to spend the time necessary to properly advise you how to go about achieving the best results for your case. He will talk to you like you are the village idiot, and pawn your case off to one of his assistants, without providing them any guidance.

This process caused me many delays in scheduling of appointments, and the proper filing of paperwork.
After 2 years of this my case is still missing paperwork, which Mr. Roth's team was supposed to have provided. I, myself had to backtrack through the paperwork in my basement to supply the information to the proper channels, which I had provided Mr. Roth initially.

I have dealt with many unprofessional "professionals" during the course of my career as a public protector, but his unprofessionalism and demeaning manner is even new to me.

If he is really here to serve and protect, he should take a long hard look at how he treats his clients, and review the policies and procedures for his team because, obviously things are slipping through the cracks, and his sloppiness while causing me personally issues will eventually cause his team a lot more.

Warren called me today on a Saturday morning from his office to update me on my case. He gave me the good news about my retirement approval and then spent 20 minutes discussing my workers compensation and social security matters. He was truly happy for me. He was really excited and genuinely happy for me. He was every bit as thrilled about my winning as I was.

Warren does a great job. Anyone who claims they can't reach him or that he does not care is full of beans. He gave me his personal cell phone his email and office phone number at the beginning of my case. I was always able to reach him or one of his staff.

Thank you for keeping your word and caring about your clients.

I Met Mr Roth for the first time today, and when I left, not only did I feel like I was in Good Hands, the professionalism that the staff shown me, and the fact that they actually showed they care about my situation, something I have never felt from the other firms I had hired, i felt that not only was I understood, for the first time but i know, they are working for me, the fact that i spent nearly two and a half hours there, told me they wanted to know about my condition and believe me what my family and I went through for the many years, not being able to trust my attorneys, was a stressful situation to say the least, i for the first time was allowed to identify my condition, rather than to be rushed from my prior attorneys office in 10 minutes and try to lump 25 years of pure hell into a ten minute interview, i have suffered enough at the hands of insurance companys and lawyers for there gain, i finally feel this is not the case, Mr Roth I thank you and your staff for finally giving me the opportunity to have my illness and injury be brought before you and I know that for what little time I know you , you will work hard for me, as your staff showed me already in what little time i spent in your office, Thank You from the bottom of my heart, and I know my family is greatful as well

I recently retired from the job on SSD and 3/4 with Warren. In today's Journal News there is an article about a police detective who died from his service at 911. Warren got him his pension and benefits and fought hard from him at a time when getting these benefits was a big fight. Warren won my case and I used him based on the advice of this detective.

Warren really does care. He is not an arrogant guy. He is just a busy guy working hard. He could improve his phone skills with nervous clients who want to keep calling him for reassurance. The majority of our calls to him are to keep reminding him we are out here and need his help. I can tell you that he knows and cares.

He wins and is good. If he did not care he would not give out his personal cell number and email address. If you are a 911 victim and have not obtained your benefits yet call him. Life can be short and don't let your pride get in the way from getting what you are entitled to. I am financially secure thanks to Warren and his associate Michael.

My wife and I promised if Warren won my case in under a year we would write a short review so here goes.

Very good lawyer with a huge staff. They win their cases. If you help get your medical reports for them it moves the case along much quicker. It is not the lawyers fault if the process gets slow. If it were quick and easy you would not need a lawyer.

Warren kept his word and always got back to us. I found email worked best. I often heard back from him after hours or early in the morning. The head of his staff Nancy was a huge help. His associate Sean was great in workers comp court. Warren did a great job on the retirement and social security. My family can now enjoy my retirement thanks to Warren.

I was steered in the direction of Mr. Roth through the recommendation of fellow co-workers, as well as various other acquaintances I met through my job serving the public for 20+ years. I must say, Mr. Roth takes the serving the public aspect to a new low, he not only speaks to you in a demeaning and demoralizing tone, but makes you feel that you are wasting his time, and that is ONLY if you are lucky enough to have the pleasure of garnishing his attention in any manner.

He must be more important than the president, he is nearly impossible to contact. While he may give you the song and dance about him being available anytime, day, night, weekends, and he even goes as far as to give you his cell number, still, calls, messages, and e-mails go unreturned.

He not only ignored my attempts to contact him, but when I found out that his firm had filed the incorrect paperwork for my case, he told me it wasn't his fault, his associate did it. Really?? Were you not supervising you associate? This mis-step caused a 9 month delay in my case, which is still not settled.

When it comes to dealing with Mr. Roth, I find his people skills to be deplorable, and in service business you would think he could be a little more accommodating to the people who pay his salary.

While my experience with Mr. Roth has not been one I care to remember, I hope that his future cliental fair better than I did.

Finally - I am finally done with my case, with no thanks or help from Mr. Roth or his so called associates. It took me over a year to gather up the nerve to fire Mr. Roth as my legal counsel regarding my ss disability and retirement case, but it was the best move I made (other than marrying my wife). I had second thoughts about writing a review because I am not the type of person who does this like this, but after the poor, unprofessional way he treated me, and after reading the other reviews here (please carefully look at the pattern), I needed to let any unsuspecting potential client of his know what the real deals is.

While he will claim to be at your service during nights, weekends, etc, which is far from the truth of the matter. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with after the initial consultation. While he may tell you on the initial consultation how he is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and will always be there for you, it is just hot air.

Keep calling him and see where it gets you - all you will get is voice mail, unreturned e-mails, and if you are lucky enough to catch him, he will talk to you in the most obnoxious, demeaning tone that he can in order to make you feel inferior, and that you are wasting his time.

I retained one of his competitors, and all I can say is WOW - what a bunch of real professionals. They actually took the time to answer my questions, send all my paper- work to the proper people, and were there at every turn, something Mr. Roth and his associates were unable to accomplish, no matter how many times I took the initiative to light a fire under him.

I am glad that my case has been settled and I no longer have to deal with the unprofessionalism of Mr. Roth and his associates.

I was injured in a car accident a few years ago. A fireman who hung out with me said he used Mr. Roth and his firm to get disability benefits.

Mr. Roth was very impressive with his knowledge of the law. His associate Christian did a fantastic job in court on my case and I did very well with my settlement. They returned my calls, kept me informed and most importantly above all got my medical bill paid along with a large check for my pain and suffering.

If you need a great group of lawyers who will fight for you call them.

I hired him to help me get my disability pension and workers compensation benefits. I found out I could get Social Security Disabilty Benefits as well. He got me those too.

Its a busy office with a big staff of lawyers and legal assistants working on your case. I will agree Mr. Roth supposedly knows his stuff, at least according to what I hear.

What gets my goat is that I can't seem to get a good answer as far as why I have not gotten my Retirement yet.

I have done everything that was asked of me and then some.
Yet I sit here and wait for my case to settle or at least move along.

I am very patient and never call Mr. Roth as I dont want to bother him because the last time I called him he spent more time telling me how busy he was and was off the phone before I could get my question out.

I am definately running out of patience and have made an appointment with another attorney who hopefully will have the time for me.

Let me keep my review short and two the point. Warren and his group won my Social Security, Workers Compensation and he jus won my Retirement. The entire process took about a year and a half.
While I am the first guy to say that Warren does not have the best bed side manner when you keep calling him to squeeze his shoes, he gets the job done. I wanted a lawyer to fight for me, to answer my questions and get me results he did all that.

Bottom Line if you are a municipal worker and want an experienced lawyer who will win for you call Warren. Enough Said.

When I was became disabled on the job in 2001, I turned to Warren on the recommendation of a co-worker to handle everything on my behalf. Warren was there for me every step of the way making a horrible situation for a young man becoming disabled in the middle of his police career to have the best possible outcome under the circumstances. I am bothered to read the negative comments posted in other reviews knowing that Warren personally took me, my wife and children from the depths of low and and uncertain times through to succussfully getting the financial security of a disabilty pension, workers comp agreement and Social Security disabilty. It took more than several years for everything to be completed, but that was the process of the 3 different systems. And Warren and his staff did a great job. Yes, he is busy, and I attribute that to the fact he is the best in his field. And yes, he always returned my calls - many times on Saturday mornings. I am forever grateful for what Warren did for me and my family. When reviews or update letters show up from time to time, I don't hesitate to turn to Warren by phone or e-mail for guidance and he always helps. I know he is just my disabilty attorney, but in my view he is also a friend who looks after my best interests.

I hired Warren and his office in late 2011. Since then he won my retirement and social security disability. I did not hire him to hold my hand or be my best friend. I hired him to give myself the best shot and winning my case and he did just that.

His firm has 6 full time lawyers counting Warren working on his team. When Warren was busy I talked to the associate lawyer who also worked on my file.

I sat home watching the clock, the calendar and the mailbox. It took a while but he came through for me. I read many of the posts about him before writing this. If Warren is busy ask to speak to one of his associates or do what I did send him an email or make an appointment to see him in the office to review your case. He is fighting hard for us all. Don't hate the guy that is trying to make our lives better. Yes there are times I thought his bedside manner was lacking. But, I hired him to win my case and he did.

Don't bash the lawyer because the system isn't always fair. Just remember what we were told in the academy and stay strong: Fair? You want me to be fair? Listen, fair is a place where you go to ride on rides, eat cotton candy, and step in monkey DOO

Mr. Roth is a good lawyer and won our case(s) awhile ago. We are all now waiting for our settlements since the process began in 2010. We know ALOT is involved - HOWEVER Mr. Roth is a very poor communicator and down right rude. If we want even a spec of information about our case status (and several of us do) he berates you cause apparently your one question slows down the ability for his office to get their work done. Excuse me but that's pathetic.

I recently retired from a City Fire Department on a disability pension and also received Social Security Disability using the legal services of Mr. Roth and his group.

I was very happy with the results. I won all possible benefits. Mr. Roth got the job done. Yes it takes time. Be patient with the process. Sitting home and waiting makes us all get a little crazy. I am a retired Westchester County Police Officer. Warren and his staff were kind and compassionate. I would very highly recommend Warren. It was a long process, but Warren kept working for me and my family.

I have known Warren Roth since high school. I also was a member with him on HVAC for many years. I worked for CSEA as a custodian for 28 years. I called Warren after a recomandation from a friend (word of mouth is the best). I called him and made an appointment to see him. He explained to me clearly the process of how workers comp n social security process works. I decided to hire him. I got social security after 8 months. He just called me today and said I got disabilty retirement. I do belive that he cares about all his clients and works very hard on each case. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I understand the way he works, if you doing something for over 22 years you know it like the back of your hand. I would call him when I was fearful or in response to a letter. He would answer questions, but my fear of the process caused me to ask the same question over n over. I would get frustrated at anyone that did that to me on my job. He would appoligize afterwards. He is a man of his word. He comes from two wonderful parents that I also had the pleasure to know. He is an example of good parenting and personailty.

I am a retired PO on 3/4 pension. It took about a year which is what I was told by Mr Wroth. As some one who has referred clients to him family and friends, he has done the job for them also. The way I describe Mr Wroth is like the doctor from the television show House. You might not know what he is getting at and he might not explain it to you when you want him to but the End result is all that matters. Bed side manner is not all there is, know and trust in your attorney that has your best interest at heart. I have recommend and will continue to do so. By the way I called Mr Wroth after five years to get advise. He still knows my first and last name. Law enforcement gave me thick skin some of you should have the same. He knows the crisis you and your family are going through and he won't leave you hanging. He gets your on pins and needles, he also know what he is doing. He has been through it before he got to you. I am a disabled police officer with a back injury. I started out using a different lawyer because I heard Warren does not always call you back. It turned out that the other lawyer from a different firm was not getting back to me so I switched to Warren and his team and I just recently won my case. Thanks Warren.

It took Warren about a year to win my Social Security and about 14 months on the retirement. Warren has gotten many people good results on my job. I found that he was very quick in responding to the majority of my questions by email.

I understand client frustration and feeling a sense that it will never end. Bashing the lawyer who is working hard to help you is not the answer. Warren is definitely plugged in and puts in the time. I myself emailed him and received responses on Saturdays, Sundays and nights. He has that fancy remote hook up to his office so he can pull up your file on his laptop computer. His office scans all of your files so he can help you no matter where he is.

A truly unhappy client should call him or email him or set up a free appointment to sit down and clear the air in a productive way. Warren is telling the truth he works very hard and has 6 other lawyers working on his team. Between this army of lawyers and large support staff you can always reach someone.

The bottom line for me is I won and I am receiving the most that I can possibly receive.

I just found out this week that I won my Social Security Disability with the help of Mr. Roth's team.

I am an MOS injured on duty last year. I read the reviews and spoke to my co workers. They all said Mr. Roth is best in his field. I worked with Warren, one of his associate attorney's John and 3 of his legal assistants. So far I have just won my Social Security Disability in less than 4 months and have basically already won my workers compensation case. All that is left is my pension.

My case as a police officer was a fully litigated matter. I won my Social Security, my workers compensation and my Accidental Disability Retirement. The process took from Start to finish about 16 months.

As an MOS I read the prior reviews before posting mine. Here are the hard cold facts. Warren has a busy successful practice because he cares and he wins. I understand everyone's frustration with the process. No one likes calling Warren or one his staff and being told that nothing is new and to be patient. That is not their fault. It is the process. The retirement system and social security administration and the workers compensation boards are very busy with claims. The longer the process takes the more people that will get frustrated blame the lawyer and walk away from their claims.

Warren does work every Saturday. He does return his calls and emails. Expect the process to take a long time. If he did not care he would not give out his cell phone number and email address. If you post a review because you are upset post your email address or name so Warren can call you and give you the extra attention you need.

His associates Ryan and John worked on my case and did a great job. Nancy and her group were very helpful on my matters as well. I read a recent review where someone said the obvious if you need a follow up appointment to review your file call his office and they meet with you at no charge.

Bottom line to my review is he got me the best result possible. I won and my children and I are now financially secure. Be prepared to go to your doctors to obtain medical records and be prepared for a long process. Warren sends you copies of all correspondence and does return the calls. He made my life better and he will do the same for you.

I was involved in an accident and could not work. I needed a lawyer. Two of my friends recommended Mr. Roth.

He makes a great initial impression. He gave me his cell phone number and email address. At first I kept calling him each week asking if anything was new. He kept promising me he would call with all new developments. I relaxed and he kept his word. I just called his office on Thursday this past week and left him a voice message. I am a recently retired School Teacher who was injured at work. I received my Disability Pension, Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability thanks to Mr. Roth.

I have read some negative reviews and do not like the bullying that takes place. Those of you who post a negative review and say you need him to call you do not post a name or email address. This makes it impossible for him to call you back. I have always reached him by email if he was out of the office at warren.roth@bmmllp.com.

As for my review, I found Warren, his practice Manager Nancy and the second attorney assigned to my case, Sean to be very helpful. It me less than 1 year to win my case. I understand some people take longer. Part of this seems to be the process itself. I had no problem reaching the office. Karen at the front desk was always willing to page someone to pick up the phone if I told her it was something that could not wait. However, I realize that not every call is an emergency. I might also suggest you make an appointment to go to his office and meet with him from time to time as he says he will do so to for you at no extra fee.

Mr. Roth and his group sent me copies of all correspondence and charged me reasonable fees. I would strongly recommend him to you. He cares. He and his team do return your calls and they get you results. I owe Mr. Roth a debt of gratitude. I have a very young family to support. I can because I won my case.

I am married with small kids. I never planned to get hurt on the job. I hired warren and his group less than 18 months ago. In that time he secured my disability pension, workers compensation and social security disability. Financially I make much more money than I have ever made in my life. Emotionally I miss the job.

Warren is easy to reach . I could and can always get to him by email, voice mail or by speaking to his large staff. Constantly calling him to be reassured. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of response on Mr. Roth's behalf.
Speaking for MANY of his clients, he never calls us back and when he does it is always with an attitude as if we are bothering him.
Many of us are now seeking psycho therapy based upon this process after getting inured at work and being ignored both by our departments and Mr. Roth and his supposed "staff".
Mr. Roth should stand back for a moment and put himself in our shoes.

I proudly served the public as a police officer for over a decade. I developed both medical and psychological problems after serving at Ground Zero. Many of my co workers used Mr. Roth. I read many good reviews and a few bad reviews on Avvo and decided to meet with him. I felt that anyone who gave Mr. Roth all poor marks on the review could not be speaking truthfully. My years on the job have taught me to be careful and to trust my instincts. I can tell you that Mr. Roth delivers on what he tells you.

I was able to receive 911 benefits and a 3/4 pension and Social Security Disability with him. Its a big firm with 6 lawyers working for Mr. Roth. One of his Attorney's named Ryan fought hard for me in Court when Mr. Roth was not present. His assistant Nancy answered any of my question that he could not get to.

My family and I are very grateful to Mr. Roth's team for helping us get on with our lives. He is not there to be your best friend. He is not there to be your Psychologist. He is there to get you any benefits you are entitled to and to answer your questions in a timely manner. I was very happy to have Roth watching my back. He did his job well and I won.

So I got hurt at work. After a few months my doctors started telling me that my days fighting fires would be over. I talked with my union board members and some of my friends retired off the job as police officers and firefighters. I went to AVVO and saw some mixed reviews on Warren. I set up an appointment and met with him. He gave me his email address, his cell phone number and assigned one of his 6 associates to work on my case with Warren.

I am very happy I hired him. Together we won my retirement, my 207c my social security disability and my retirement. I admit that some time when I called him he was short with me on the phone. I was not happy with this. Then one day I sat with him in his office and watched the phone keep ringing. I saw how hard all of lawyers were working and how busy his legal assistants were. I just sat down to write a favorable review for Mr. Roth. I recently won my 3/4 disability pension and my social security disability. I was very happy with the services rendered by Roth and his large team of attorneys and legal assistants.

I have done this because I just read a negative review by a client complaining that after not paying Mr. Roth's firm for three years he received a bill in the mail. Go figure. I have been a client of Mr. Roth's for 3+ years, and in that span of time I can count on one hand the number of times I have spoken to him (that includes the initial consultation). I have tried on numerous occasions to contact him, but never seem to get a response. The few times I have received a response from him it was as if I was bothering him. He speaks down to me, tries to rush me off the phone and insinuates that I am not a smart person. Needless to say, I have gone on a bunch of exams regarding my disability/retirement and can not get a straight answer from Mr. Roth, or anyone at his firm as to what is going on with my case.

A few days ago I received a letter in the mail from Mr. Roth's firm, I thought to myself, it's about time I get some information. Well, lets say I was less than pleased with what was inside the envelope. Yup, a bill, and not just a bill, but a bill for services he supposedly provided 3 years ago, are you kidding?

First of all, If I hadn't paid my bill from 3 years ago don't you think Mr. Roth would have either sent me interim bills or dropped me as a client, well neither happened. All I can say is, to me this is the act of a desperate man, and a desperate firm whose reputation which was once top notch is now hitting the bottom of the barrel.

Mr. Roth may have, in the past done well, but recently I have heard more negative things about him (from current and former co-workers who have used his services) than the 2 presidential candidates said about each other.

Buyer Beware!

I am now a retired police officer. Mr. Roth and his group of legal assistants and lawyers helped me to secure my New York State Disability Pension, my Social Security Disability and my Workers Comp.

I am fortunate to have been sent to see Mr. Roth by my coworkers. I was hurt at work and needed a lawyer who knew what to do. Mr. Roth is that man. I won my entire case in under 14 months.

I have read both positive and negative reviews on this Avvo site. Mr. Roth gave me his email address, his cell phone and his office phone number. He also assigned one of his associate attorney's to my case along with a legal assistant. And yes, they do respond to your calls and emails so long as you give them a chance to do so.

I have coworkers who used other law firms and did not get the results that I did. Mr. Roth is a good man. He proudly told me that he works 6 days a week and that he has worked for his bosses for more than 20 years.

Take my advise. Use Mr. Roth if you are hurt at work. Follow his advice. Give the guy a reasonable chance to call you back or respond to your email. If you think whatever you need is really time sensitive have one of his legal assistants have him paged or send the guy an email telling him you have an emergency. For me,, the guy called me back at night and on the weekend. I am retired. I am not even 45 years old and my financial future is secure thanks to Mr. Roth and his crew. Let me start by saying that I had a bad feeling about using Mr. Roth from the beginning; but his reputation and recommendation from fellow colleagues led me to retaining him as my attorney.

It all starts with the initial consultation; I was supposed to meet with Mr. Roth, but when the day and time came, he wasn't there. I arrived at his office on-time and was informed that Mr. Roth was not in the office and another one of his colleagues would be speaking with me. This should have been the first clue as to the type of person I was dealing with. I do understand things happen, but to be blinnd-sided like that is unprofessional in my opinion. I then left the office with the intention of retaining another attorney.

I can only imaging that after hearing that he was going to loose a potential fee he got on the phone with me to apologize, and schedule another appointment. Me being the trustful person that I am, decided to give Mr. Roth another chance.

In hindsight, what I can only describe as the rhetoric of a used car salesman, he sold me the bill of goods. He told me I had an excellent case, he would be the one personally handling every step of my case, he even gave me his cell number and told me to call him anytime with questions/concerns.

I decided to retain Mr. Roth as my attorney after what I can clearly see now is his way of begging for a fee. It has been almost one year since I retained Mr. Roth and I can't get in touch with him. I leave voice mails on his office line, I have tried his cell, and not one return call. I was even once told by the receptionist that one of his colleagues is person I should speak to about my case, so I did. That turned out to be another mess. I was scolded for not contacting him sooner and that it is my responsibility to be on top of my case, really? Is that why I paid a retainer?

As of right now Mr. Roth and his firm are still my representatives as I do not want to loose the retainer I paid. I would like to say that if you look at the Bartlett, McDonough, & Monaghan website Mr. Roth is listed as Of Counsel. This means he not a partner and lower than an associate, and after dealing with him I can understand why.

Mr. Roth thinks we are all beneath him because we do not have the legal education that he does, well, he better understand that his reputation may have been stellar a few years ago, it is progressively getting worse and ever person he treats the way he treated me has the ability to inform dozens of others that he is no longer the best there is.

I had a heart attack. I did not know what my future would hold. Many of my coworkers recommended. Mr. Roth. He talked a good game at our first meeting. He explained the entire General Municipal Law Process as well as disability retirement and social security disability. He delivered for me and my family. I was very recently approved for a line of duty disability pension as well as 207 a benefits and Social Security Disability.

Mr. Roth has a huge staff in his office. They returned my calls and answered my questions. He spoke with my doctors and obtained the evidence I needed to win. I make more income now than in any other time in my life.

When I had my heart attack I thought I would loose my job and not be able to support my family. I trusted Mr. Roth and he delivered. Whether you are a member of the finest or the bravest you can trust Mr. Roth to be there for you. I did and I can sleep at night knowing my family's finances are in order.

I just heard the good news. I just won my 3/4. I won my Social Security recently as well both thanks to Warren. He is a great guy, and a great lawyer. He cares. I read some of the negative reviews and they are just not true. He won two retirement cases on my job alone this week.

He returned all of my calls and emails. He and his staff of legal assistants came through for me. The day he met me he said he would do his best and that there are no guarantees.

I found the disability process to be very stressful. Warren was very helpful to me in explaining the process to me multiple times. He had an independent contractor nurse go to my independent medical exams. She was worth every penny.

To those who complain about the guy, all I can tell you is everyone I know who used him got a good result. Be patient, listen to him and maybe you will win too. In unity, stay safe.

Words can not express how disappointed I am with Warren Roth.
I was promised the world ( Social Security, 3/4 pension...) and have not seen a dime yet.

I just received my disability retirement and social security benefits thanks to the hard work of Mr. Roth with help from the staff of lawyers and legal assistants who work for him as well as his terrific nurse.

I wrote this short review because of my great results and because I was very impressed by Mr. Roth. The man is working 6 days a week. I discussed my questions with him even on Saturday days for no extra legal fees.

I have always been someone who is skeptical of attorneys, and after my brief experience with Mr. Roth I understand why I am that way.

Upon doing my due diligence on various attorneys to represent me regarding my disability/retirement case, I chose Mr. Roth. This decision was made based upon the recommendations of my peers and his known reputation in this field of law.

I should have known from the get-go that he was too good to be true. On the initial consultation he was everything I could have asked for – after retaining him he did a complete about face.

He came across as a genuine caring individual who really wanted to help his clients get what they are due, but as time went along, I realized he was the exact opposite.

After retaining him, I had numerous questions for him regarding my case; well, let’s just say that getting in touch with him is near impossible, then, when you finally do he comes across as a crass, arrogant know it all who can do no wrong. Not only does he talk to you in a demeaning manner, like you are annoying him, but he has the nerve to brag about specific clients and their situations, trying to show you what he has done for them and that he could do the same for you.

I gave him a chance to represent me, but after a year and a half of his unmitigated nonsense I decided to change legal representation.

As a consumer paying for a professional service, I can honestly say that the only part of professional service I received from Mr. Roth was from the nurse consultant he introduced me to.

I may not be using Mr. Roth to represent me, but be assured that I will contact his nurse consultant should I need her services.

I spent more than 15 years on the job before I got hurt. Mr. Roth was well recommended by my co workers. I had seen several negative reviews and many positive reviews about his services. I was very impressed with his no nonsense approach to law. He told me that there are no guarantees. He told me my best chance at getting approved was to keep up with my doctor's appointments and listen to his advice. He was right.

My disability retirement took a little more than a year. My social security disability took less time. I can now focus on my family and my future. The man has helped me get a new lease on life.

Mr. Roth and his staff helped me to retire and receive Social Security Disability in less than 2 years time. They returned my calls and cared about my case. I spoke to Mr Roth at least 3 times on the weekend. He even once returned a call to me while he was on a weeks vacation from Florida.

I hired Mr. Roth and his firm about 18 months ago. In that time he helped me win my retirement and my social security disability.

He and his staff returned my calls and answered my questions. They helped me understand how to gather the evidence I needed to win. I am very happy with winning my case and the respect Mr. Roth and his staff showed me.

Finally - I had the never to relieve Mr. Roth as my legal representative regarding my ss/dis case. After being persuaded by fellow collages to use him, I realized what a mistake I had made. Mr. Roth not only does not know how to conduct himself in a professional manner, but his staff is even less cognizant to the sensitivity of the paying client. After almost three years of dealing with his (and his firm's) lack of responsiveness and service I finally had enough. I tried telephone calls, leaving messages, e-mailing, all to no avail as the only time anyone from Mr. Roth's staff contacted me was when I was scheduled for a doctors appointment, or if I had a balance due. It was impossible to receive a status update on my case from Mr. Roth or any of his staff. Speaking of being scheduled for a doctors appointment, let me be clear, it actually wasn't even his staff, it was the nurse he suggested I use to accompany me on my exam who actually notified me of my exams. She was the only good thing about hiring Mr. Roth. She kept me informed (to the best of her knowledge, considering she is not an attorney), helped me schedule my appointments, fill out the paperwork, and prepare me for the exam. In the grand scheme of things, she understands client service while Mr. Roth and his firm clearly do not. Since relieving Mr. Roth, my current legal counsel has been totally opposite, I can get in touch with them, they take the time to answer my questions, and actually get back to me in a reasonable time period.

I had been out of work injured for several years. During that time my lawyers did very little for me. Then one of my coworkers said to hire Mr. Roth and his team. I was very impressed with him from the start. He promptly filed me for Social Security Disability, my Disability Pension and workers compensation benefits. He got my treatment authorized and helped me get my 3/4 pension.

I read some of the review on Warren and I was shocked. Ladies and Gentleman lets be fair. How can any possibly give him an poor ratings and claim he does not return calls. I had a very positive experience with the guy. He is in the office 6 days a week and has called me back on both nights and weekends.

Mr. Roth helped me get all my benefits and move on with my life. He returned my calls and kept me up to date. He has a well trained staff and I won my case. Well, needless to say, those statements were all true and then some. First let me say that he has a nurse who works with him to help with the medical exams that his clients are sent on, he never informed me of her, I found out through a fellow colleague who suggested I use her services, and boy am I glad I did. Not only was she more helpful than Mr. Roth, not only in answering my questions, but on the exam itself. She was able to give me straight, honest answers based upon her experience, while the couple of times I was able to get Mr. Roth on the phone he just double-talked, avoiding a specific answer. While I understand Mr. Roth is extremely well known in his field, and has helped many people, I feel that at this point if he is unable to service his clients (after all this is a client business), he should lighten his load. If his nurse is able to keep up with the client demands, for the fees he charges he should be too.

I am a disabled fire fighter. I went to Mr. Roth having heard mixed reviews. I was told he knew his stuff but I would have to wait for return phone calls. Happily, I can report that either Mr. Roth or one of the Attorneys on his team always returned my calls. His legal assistants were great. He knew his stuff and I won my disability pension as well as my workers comp and social security disability. It took about a year and 4 months from start to finish. I loved my job and did not want to be hurt. When I needed a competent lawyer Mr. Roth and his team were there for me. He cares about his clients and is even in the office on Saturdays. If you are on the job he is the guy for you.

It took Mr. Roth and his staff approximately 18 months to get me Social Security Disability and my 75% police disability pension. While he did not call me every week to hold my hand, he and his staff did contact me every time there was a development in my case. He did timely respond to my phone calls and help me win all of my benefits. His office has legal assistants to help with the paperwork and he works with a great nurse consultant who attends independent medical examinations. He made my retirement a much more comfortable one and his fees were reasonable.

I went to Mr, Roth for help as I could no longer do my job as a police officer. Mr. Roth has a large practice with a big staff of attorneys and legal assistants. It took me about a year and a half to get my disability retirement pension, social secuurity disability benefits and a workers compensation award. Mr. Roth and his staff not only won every part of my case but also showed me that they cared about me and my family.

I have used Mr. Roth as my Workers Comp attorney for the past 2 years. Anything Mr. Roth asked me to do to further my case I did and did it in a timely manner. I had copious amounts of paperwork filled out by my doctor, kept up my appointments with my doctor, MRI's, etc. After finding it very difficult to reach Mr. Roth and having Mr. Roth making me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I asked to speak with him, I had to fire Mr. Roth and go with another attorney. I didn't call much but when I did I felt it was important enough to have my attorney take the time to speak to me. I went to my doctor several times and even though workers comp kept saying my case was closed Mr. Roth insisted I keep going to my doctor. He said my case would be reopened. The doctors office finally told me I could no longer have appointments because they weren't getting paid. My health insurance refused to pay because my claim wasn't filed in a timely manner. I had to pay my doctor out of pocket. I had to find another doctor because I was so mortified to go back to the first one. 2 years later I am no further along even though I was assured by Mr.Roth that he would get workers comp and social security for me. It was a total waste of my time. My experience with Mr. Roth was a disaster and it was no fault of my own. I did everything I was asked to do. Mr. Roth couldn't get the job done.

I have been using Mr. Roth as my attorney for the past 3 years, and this holiday season I realized I am the turkey. I was first pointed in Mr. Roth's direction via fellow co-workers; the told me he was the best, the right man for the job, he would "take care of everything". Well, 3 years later, countless hours trying to reach him, time invested in paperwork and medical exams I am nowhere. It is impossible to get him to return a call, he never keeps you informed as to the status of your case. I found out that my case was not proceeding properly because Mr. Roth had failed to file paperwork in a timely manner - guess that's why he will not return a call. I only found this out because I did my own investigating by calling the proper organizations to find out where in the system my case was; well needless to say when I found out this bit of information I was less than happy. I can honestly say that the only reason I have not fired Mr. Roth as my attorney is because of the nurse that works with him. She has helped me in more ways than Mr. Roth, and at a much smaller fee. If he does not right the ship he will sink.

Warren Roth is a dedicated attorney who goes out of his way to present a thorough case in an accelerated matter. Although, Warren is a busy litigator, I found him receptive and very approachable. Warren returned all my calls in a timely fashion and found time to prepare me for all aspects of my case. I personally have conversed with Warren concerning my legal matters on weekends and after business hours. I am very pleased with Warren’s professionalism and knowledge of all legal matters. Finally, I would recommend Warren Roth to one of my family members without hesitation.

Let me start by saying that I choose to use Mr. Roth to represent me based upon the recommendation of fellow co-workers, although I had read the reviews on this site and they made me skeptical, I made the poor decision of letting Mr. Roth represent me based upon the feedback from my peers.

My first warning sign should have been that it took multiple calls just to set up the "free" initial consultation.

I must say; I was impressed with the initial consultation. Mr. Roth appeared to be knowledgable and genuinely wanting to help with my case.

After the consultation I agreed to have him represent me; from that point forward it was the worst service I have ever received.

During the initial consultation Mr. Roth assured me that my case would move quickly and even gave me his personal contact information in case I had an questions during non working hours.

I paid Mr. Roth his retainer after being suckered in by his blatant lies (which I realized after the fact). After paying his retainer fee it was as if I dropped off the face of the earth. On numerous occasions I tried to contact Mr. Roth, with no avail. Being new to the procedures necessary to get my case going and into the best possible state I had numerous question that went un answered due to his lack of responsiveness.

His office was not very helpful either; there was always an excuse as to why Mr. Roth hadn't returned my calls and when I demanded to speak with him they tried to direct me to another (obviously less experienced) person. This infuriated me, not only did I pay for Mr. Roth's services (which he wasn't providing) and now they want to pawn me off to a lower level person.

Finally, after weeks of pursing Mr. Roth I was able to get him on the phone. He was extremely rude and obnoxious, it was as if I was interrupting his dinner or something.

After months of limited communication, and no movement on any of the paperwork for my case I decided to use another attorney.

Based upon my poor experience with him I could not in good faith recommend him.

I hired Mr. Roth , he was recommended to me by a retired officer , when I first interviewed with him over the phone , he promised me his attention and time , including call backs. He makes false promises , and doesn't forfill his responsibilites to the client . His nurse was way more helpful than him and she did all the work for him . She would try and contact him for me , when he wouldn't return my calls. Finally , when I got him on the phone he was nasty , rude , and got loud with me.I was in shock. He even told me don't call him anymore. I was so irrate, when my case came around to show at court , he didn't even show and sent one of his collegues instead. If I hired you I expect , you to show up at my case not someone I never spoke to before that is not familiar with my case at all. He got very nasty when I didn't want to hire him for another case I had.He is just in it for the money and doesn't give a hoot for anyone but his pockets , that's what it comes down to. He passes his cases along to others. I would not recommened this guy to anyone. There are too many lawyers out there , use binder and binder. They are huge and I know people who have had success with them.

I highly recommend Warren J Roth as he handled all aspects of my case regarding my line of duty injuries. He is well versed this field, which can be confusing and misinterpreted by clients and Municipalities. Mr. Roth has been doing this a long time and continues to do so.

I hired Warren Roth to handle my legal side of my work related injury. Warren was and is still doing an amazing job. He keeps you up to date on the various aspects of your injury. Related to disability benefits with workers compensation. There have been several times that I needed him at a seconds notice and he instantly picked up the phone and contacted me back. There were some occasions where he was in court and would immediately text me to let me know that he would contact me as soon as he got into his car. Other times he would call me late at night after having several surgeries to see if he could bring me anything at the hospital. I would highly recommend Warren to anyone. I can't believe the lack of professionalism I received from Mr. Roth; especially after hearing all the raving reviews from my colleagues who have used his services in the past.

I was extremely disappointed to find out how callus, self-centered, egotistical, unresponsive and uncaring he was to the needs/question and concerns of someone.

I can only say that although my experience with Mr. Roth was less that satisfactory; his nurse was totally opposite. She answered all my questions, returned my calls, gave me great direction and preparation for the exams I needed to attend.

Mr. Roth should take some lessons from her on client relations; maybe he would actually retain his client base.

for his nurse. If it had not been for her I would have terminated Mr. Roth as my representative for my retirement case. The minimal fee she charged for her services far and away outshines the lack of service I received from Mr. Roth. I was referred to Mr. Roth by some of my colleagues who had used him in the past for their retirement cases, with better than average reviews from them. After the initial consultation with Mr. Roth I decided to use him. He put on the dog and pony show; telling me I could call him anytime, he even gave me his cell phone number. I thought to myself wow; I got an attentive attorney, well no so fast. He introduced me to his nurse who works directly with his clients in preparation for and attending the various exams I would have to go on. I was initially skeptical to use her, especially since I had to pay a separate fee for her; but I am so glad I did. She was not only responsive, caring, and understanding, but also answered many of my questions that Mr. Roth should have. I had an extremely difficult time in getting Mr. Roth to respond to my numerous phone calls and e-mails. His nurse took care of all my need and in the end it all worked out - no thanks to the callus, arrogant, unresponsive and uncaring as to the questions and concerns I had. I do understand that Mr. Roth has a reputation in the field, but based upon my experience I don't see it.

In this time of uncertainty Warren not only helped me understand the retirement system he helped me take full advantage of my entitled benefits. He always kept me more informed than expected. I would recommend him to everyone and have already done so.

After hearing all the success stories from current and former co-workers regarding their pension/ss/disability retirement benefits due to them having retained the supposed “best in the business” in these matters I decided to retain Mr. Roth for my case.

After having the initial consultation I thought I was getting a real professional who would be cognizant and responsive to my question/issues and concerns regarding my case; well I got the total opposite.

After going through numerous medical exams; which were getting me nowhere; I tried for months to contact Mr. Roth to no avail. Numerous messages were left on his voice mail as well as with his colleagues, and then out of the blue I get a response.

Over the next 4 1/2 years, numerous IME's, CAT scans, etc. my disability retirement was finally approved Oct.2010. I have to start by saying Warren Roth is probably a very good lawyer and did successfully win my retirement and s.s. disability but it was a nightmare dealing with him. He is rude and obnoxios he always makes you feel like your bothering him he never gets back to you and he is unsimpathetic on what your going through. He will produce for you but I think i would have used another lawyer in hind sight. Two thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have known I was making a mistake by signing on with Mr. Roth. I spoke to quite a few of my colleagues and got extremely mixed reviews; but I know he has an excellent reputation and two of my closest colleagues assured me he truly is a wizard and has the best batting average in the business, so I retained Mr. Roth. Upon the initial consultation I got the song and dance with him telling me he would be available anytime to address any questions/concerns I may have. Well, I had questions, and my calls went unanswered and unturned. After weeks of attempting to contact Mr. Roth I finally got to speak with a colleague of his who deferred any guidance to Mr. Roth; so I finally decided to take my case to another attorney.

He is the best - at not getting back to you or keeping you informed on a timely basis. I was recommended to Mr. Roth by many of my fellow colleges; and to my disdain what a mistake. While I did make the decision to retain Mr. Roth based upon the recommendations of my peers and the initial consultation, I can truly say while I believe he knows his stuff, once you are in his web he just passes the buck along.

I will start this off by saying that Warren can be hard to get on the phone. It s predominantly because he is very busy handling many cases for many people. However, if you do really need to talk to him, he has always been there.

He was there for me for my SS disability, my personal injury claim and my personal issues. He believed in me when no one else in the system did. He kept me as calm as he could and reassured me constantly that everything would be ok.

On many occasions, I was stressed out past the edge. It felt like the world was lining up against me and I was standing alone against those who seemed to have it out for me. Whenever I felt that way, Warren Roth was there to keep me out of trouble, even when I mouthed off to a Judge during on of my hearings.

Some lawyers like to shoot their mouths off about how good they are and I suppose Warren is no different. There is one exception though. He IS as good as he says he is.

Mr. Roth is very knowledgeable about his area of expertise. He was able to entice me to use his services based upon his knowledge, experience, and reputation. After retaining him it was virtually impossible to contact him. Numerous calls were placed and messages left all of which were not responded to. I do understand that Mr. Roth is a busy attorney and I am just a small fish in his big pond of clients; but if you were willing to take my case (and the fee I paid) I should have received the attention, respect, and professional service that other clients received.

Warren was with me through every stage of my case and he was forthright about everything along the way. I didn't call him a lot but he answered every call I made promptly. He started out as my attorney but he ended up as a valued friend.

i dealt with warren for about 4 to 5 years and although my case was difficult at times he kept saying hang in there and I now have Social Security Disability and New York Retirement benefits, Strictly and only thanks to Warren and is staff who are SECOND TO NONE...!!!!!!!!!

I hired Mr. Roth in July 2009 for disability claims as a police officer. I was awarded accidental disability in 9 months from start of claim. I am now waiting till Mr Roth can file SS disability for me. I would reccomend Mr. Roth and his firm to all police/firefighters who have been injured on the job.
