I have been in practice for 25 years. I am a fourth generation lawyer in my family. We have proudly served as attorneys in New York State for more than 107 years continuoulsy.
My practice is primarily focused on protecting those people who protect us all. These people are primarily municpal workers such as police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, DPW workers, school teachers and CSEA members.
I read every review posted and try to be responsive to all of my clients. I have work very hard on each case and am typically in my office 6 days a week. I provide clients with my email address and cell phone number for emergencies on request.
I regulary deal with issues concerning disability retirement pensions, social security disablity, workers compensation issues as well as personal injury litigation. I typically work six days a week and answer the calls and emails of my clients seven days a week as the need arises.
I have seen that I have recieved many reviews on Avvo both good and bad. I welcome anyone to email me or call with any suggestions on how we can impove the servies we render in these matters. I am proud of the work that my team of lawyers and legal assistants have done. We have set many case precedents in New York.
I am here to serve the needs of the injured and ill literally seven days a week. I do not charge for initial consulation calls and constantly stive to improve on the qality of the services I offer. I have a very large team of attorneys and legal assistants working for me in the firm to ensure efficient service.

I highly endorse this lawyer's work. Warren Roth is an effective and experienced advocate in the fields of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, NY State Disability Pensions, and Labor Law. His years of experience in these specialized practice areas give him an advantage that rises above the rest. His law firm - Bartlett, McDonough, Bastone & Monaghan LLP - possesses ample resources and an experienced roster of attorneys to fully and vigorously litigate any disability/personal injury claim.
