I am very pleased to have worked with Mr. Jason Stern. A few months ago, I had the misfortune to cross path with NYPD while walking in a park after dark in a neighborhood I did not know. NYPD gave me a summon that can lead to a criminal record for such a minor thing !
Jason took care of the case. He made sure to navigate correctly NYC criminal court system and provided solutions to my case. After several negotiations with the court he got my case dismissed completely for no additional charges.
Definitely a great resource to have on hands. Thanks again Mr. Stern!
Jason was very knowledgeable about the issue of open container violations. He was very informative, especially since I had little understandings of the ins and outs of the violation specifically and the NYC Criminal Court system in general. He kept in contact with me, was willing to negotiate the manner in which I paid his legal fee and was always available via telephone if I had any burning questions. He got my case dismissed completely and I was able to avoid having to do anything regarding the case. Great person to contact for those visiting NYC who had unfortunate run-ins with NYPD.
Mr. Stern reviewed my case, helped me understand my situation and options, recommended a plan, and let me know the likelihood of a positive outcome. He kept me updated throughout the process. I'm very happy to say things could not have worked out better. Thank you Mr. Stern!
Excellent job of reducing Felony down to a Misdemeanor for a first time offense in NY!
So relieved that he represented my client for her criminal matter in 2005. He was zealous in her defense. Compared to the numerous other attorneys that I have worked with or seen the results after it is too late to fix, Jason Stern is better than the average attorney that I have encountered in my 21+ years of practice as an immigration attorney. My client will be receiving her green card very soon.
Jason took all the stress out of dealing with a potentially very thorny situation. He acted quickly and was successful in getting the desired outcome for me. It's hard to put a price on his service. Definitely your go-to lawyer.
Jason was incredibly responsive, understood the issue we were facing and resolved it quickly and quietly. We didn't even need to go to court, I think Jason is a true professional.
Jason Stern handled my CPM case like a pro. As a college senior, I was incredibly worried about having anything narcotics-related on my background check; my future truly was in Jason Stern's hands. For a flat, affordable rate, he attended court on my behalf and went back twice to make sure he only delivered me the best possible news. Even when he was confronted with surprise evidence, he continued to fight for me and my case was dismissed and sealed! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.
Not being a resident of NY, I was worried about retaining a legitimate and well-qualified attorney to handle our case. Jason proved to exceed expectations in achieving the best outcome we could have hoped for.
Jason exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a tough spot, and talked to many many lawyers, but Jason was the one that made me feel most comfortable with the situation, and made me believe that the resolution we wanted was possible. While I hope to not need Jason in the future, if I do, I would not hesitate to contact him again.
I had a misdemeanor charge (pink summons) that I was concerned about, as I work in the financial industry and am paranoid about having anything "hairy" come up on a future background check. Jason was able to get the misdemeanor charge dismissed via "adjournment in contemplation of dismissal," which was an optimal outcome. Jason was very responsive, and at the outset he gave me a thorough run-down of all of the possible options that could occur, and he stayed in close touch with me as things developed.
