Very disorganized and forgetful . Every time we meet he does not remember important details about my case and I have to keep reminding him.

Mr. Santucci got the basic job done, but he seemed highly disorganized and really gave the impression that he didn't have his head into matters. It seemed he lost paperwork.
Runs a one man shop. Really ONE man. No receptionist or any other human inhabits his office. If he is out of the office, a machine picks up. Sometimes the calls are forwarded to his wife, who will "take a message" when she if obviously doing daily things. Usually, he doesn't return just one message.
His disorganized manner may pass with the poor immigrants who seem to make up the majority of his clients. Perhaps the non-native English speakers don't really know what to expect from an American professional.
In any case, I would never use him again or recommend him.
