Description: This was an ideal client relationship, showing the importance of building long-term relationships. I represented this emerging technology company in obtaining venture capital from a prominent fund... then represented the company and the founders in the M&A sale transaction to a major strategic buyer... then represented two of the founders (individually) in their subsequent executive employment and equity compensation arrangements... then represented the company one joined as CEO. And the cycle hopefully continues.
