Mr. Erlanger is truly a class act and a consumate professional. He has a roll your sleeves up hands on approach not seen often these days. I can say unequivicobaly his interests are 100% genuinely of the client and the matters at hand. At no point in a very long drawn out process that had many twists and turns did I once wavier confidence in Mr. Erlanger in any respect. He was always exceptionally trustworthy , very responsive to both deadlines and my own concerns, extremely knowledgeable on all the various aspects and contingencies of the matter, and kept me suscinctly informed of status, risk, reward, and offers invaluable unselfish pragmatic advice. Our result was favorable but I can honestly say proudly I always felt he was doing the best that can be done for me period. This is my third time hiring Robert and I was always extremely satisfied with his efforts. He is a fully committed partner from the start until the absolute finish. He is my lawyer but now he is also my friend.
