Description: In this action, plaintiff Lohengryn Gonzalez sues Rite Aid of New York, Inc. (“Rite Aid”) for discrimination on the basis of disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (the “ADA”).
