I had an unusual situation and before Keith took the case he offered to do some research to determine my chances of a positive outcome given the time and potential costs involved. When he felt he could succeed he laid out the details and options in a clear way so that I was able to make the determination to proceed. He acted swiftly and always kept me up to date. He was also easy to reach or returned calls in a timely manner. He was fair, honest and caring in his dealings with me. I would certainly recommend his services.

I interviewed many lawyers and firms prior to making my decision on whom to retain for my marriage annulment in NYC. I was delighted by the outcome of my annulment and subsequently hired Keith for separate legal matters ie, Business contracts, trademark applications etc. Although Keith specializes in family law today, he is a brilliant lawyer in all types of law. Keith is dedicated, honest and extremely thorough. He has helped me with a few legal matters over the past year and I have been 100% satisfied with the outcomes of each case. I recall Keith once telling me early on, that he became a lawyer back when the profession was a noble one. Keith always chooses the moral higher ground and I could not possibly recommend an attorney more highly.

My family is involved in a very difficult case. Mr. Orenstein, accepted our case, and our cause even though we are not from NY. We needed a NY attorney to fight for our cause and champion what we believed in. He did some excellent research on the issue that is at hand for our case. Without his knowledgeable insight and his research in to case law for NY and finding the answers to some very difficult questions and dealing with some very difficult people in NY, Mr. Orenstein weathered the storm and has helped out our lawyer here locally. I have never written a review of a lawyer, but this one is well deserved. A man of his word, and a lawyer that does what is right. When a lawyer is able to break down a 50 page document submitted by the opposing lawyer, effectively making that 50 page document a mute point, whatever you are paying Mr. Orenstein becomes well worth it.

Keith was wonderful in providing clear and straight forward legal advice. He was willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it takes to lend assistance when possible, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and glady work with him in the future if needed. He is trustworthy, very knowledgable and provided me with the best legal advice possible.

I had a contentious divorce, and later on the custody and child-support got re-opened. Keith stuck with it the whole time (my ex-wife changed lawyers for unknown reasons) and always provided wise counsel. He helped keep it from becoming a more difficult situation, which it could easily have been.

I hired Mr. Orenstein to help with a prenuptial agreement before he got married. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process, what I found the most helpful was the information he gave me on how to talk about it with my fiancé in a way that she did not feel threatened or worried. Once Mr. Orenstein and I discussed what my primary concerns were the agreement was drawn up and agreed upon with very few changes required. His knowledge in the area of family law made the process simple and easy to digest for all people involved. I have since recommended him to several other friends who have used them in the same capacity and only heard good things about his services.

Really puzzling. I went to Keith a week ago for a consultation. Left him with all of my documents and a check for the consultation. At this point I have left no less than 5 voice mails and 2 e mails and have gotten absolutely no response. Check not cashed so I guess I don't have much to complain about but the issue is very time sensitive and admittedly I should have gone to Keith, or someone a week or two before. Really strange that I cannot reach him at all.

Ketih quickly took care of business to my complete satisfaction. I recommend him without reservation.

Nicest lawyer I ever met. But don't let that fool you. Keith is sharp, insightful and very knowledgeable. His strategy to my case was right on target and delivered the the best case scenario results. Actually, better than I could have imagined. He's definately someone I am going to keep in my corner.

Mr. Orenstein is precisely what a husband/wife needs for a divorce. he is highly intelligent, creative, personable and able to get any spouse out of the most outrageous mess. he is truly an A+++ attorney.
