I hired Kevin to represent me in an ongoing FDCPA/FCRA lawsuit. Kevin's knowledge base in this area is superb and he has fought for me vociferously throughout this process, resulting in very favorable results thus far. I have been very impressed with his confident, direct approach and he has always answered my questions clearly and carefully. I'd certainly recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for representation in his practice areas.
Right away Kevin was different from other lawyers I had talked to about my situation. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure I understood all the angles of my case in an easy to understand way. I'm very confident that the outcome of my case would not have been as good with another guy.
My credit score was damaged by a wrong debt collection record. None of the companies involved was willing to look into the well-documented facts. I came to Mr. Mallon's office to seek justice and recovery of the economic damage. He immediately understood the essence of the matter and laid out a strategic plan of actions. During this case, I am impressed by his complete and accurate knowledge in his area of practice. Our plan proceeded just as he predicted, and the outcome was much better than I had hoped for. I was doubtful about the outcome of this lawsuit a couple of times, but Mr. Mallon proved to be an extremely experienced guide in this field, who always knew how to achieve the best result. I am grateful to him for winning the case, as well as for all the interesting learning experience in civil lawsuits. If there are ratings for professionalism, courtesy and respect for clients, I will also give him an excellent rating. In addition, he is a very smart negotiator in settlement and other matters.
Many companies such as credit bureaus do not have any incentive to protect individual consumers in isolated cases. It is not cost effective for them, but could be an upsetting issue for a single person or family. Mr. Mallon's work is a valuable service to the society. I wouldn't have the time and energy to win my case against three defendants without his work. We need more lawyers like him to protect and enforce the law.
I brought a new car from a major dealership; when I received the title from DMV it said “used”. I tried to work with the dealership but although they were smiling and very apologetic they were only looking out for their best interest after a few months of bad offers and having DMV intervene in my behalf . I retained Mr. Mallon and shortly thereafter the situation was resolved. I got back my payments I made to the finance company and the dealership took ownership of the car. I am very happy with the outcome. If you need someone to fight for you he is the go to guy.
