Sanjay did an outstanding job of getting my case dismissed. Normally lawyers will advise you to settle for an ACD since that is the best course of action to get something off your record quickly.
However, I told him that I would like to get my case dismissed since I was going through job recruiting and I did not want anything to come up during a background check. While Sanjay never promised me that he would be able to get my case dismissed, he worked it out and got me what I wanted.
This is the guy you want defending you when go to court.

Mr. Sethi and his partner Reza Mazaheri were highly professional, competent and most importantly, effective, in handling my father's removal proceedings.
