Real Estate Tax Assessment Appeal

Outcome: Taxpayer Received Assessment Reductions: 17% in Yr 1 and 23% in Yrs 2 & 3

Description: Property condition and use did not justify assessment based on local appraisal expert's report. I set up a meeting between the City expert and taxpayer's expert at the site and they agreed upon an assessment that was submitted to the Court in settlement of the appeal.
