Mr. Elsas was apparently not committed to my case. He was not responsive to our inquires and often took weeks to do what i can do in days. I often had to contact the other attorney myself to keep the case moving and documents flowing because he was so detached from the case. He didn't even show up for key meetings with the other attorney. I believe that although Elsas is knowledgable in his work, he lack being committed and dedicated to the client. The one thing a client really needs is to feel that his lawyer is doing everything possible to be his support and his front line. In this case, I had to finally drop Mr. Elsas and move on. What erked me the most is that he actually new the other attorney from his past and still failed. I would not recommend Mr. Elsas to anyone who has a serious case.
