Richard Anthony De Conca

               Richard DeConca was formerly a practicing registered pharmacist with licenses in the States of New York, New Jersey, Florida and Ohio.  Richard is a graduate of the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Columbia University.  He also held the position of Director of Pharmaceutical Services for Essex County overseeing all pharmacy and outside vending services for the Essex County Hospital, the Geriatric Center of Belleville, the East Orange Outpatient Clinic, the Newark Jail and the Caldwell Correctional Center before obtaining his law degree at Seton Hall Law School. Richard specializes in personal injury, medical negligence, drug product liability and workers compensation.           

                Presently Richard is a solo practicioner in Toms River New Jersey having moved the office after the appointment of his former partner, Vincent N. Falcetano, Jr. to the Bench in Monmouth County.

                Prior to forming Falcetano and DeConca, PC, Mr. DeConca was affiliated with the then Red Bank law firm of Allegra, Nebelkopf and DeConca concentrating in personal injury litigation.  Richard began his legal career as an associate with Drazin and Warshaw in their Red Bank office with a concentration in medical and pharmaceutical negligence.           

                  Richard also sits as a Court approved Personal Injury Arbitrator in the Superior Court of New Jersey in both Monmouth and Ocean County as well as sitting in both counties  as a Contract Law and Lemon Law Arbitrator.
