I hired Jennifer Mendelsohn to represent me in a traffic court proceeding that held the potential for 4 points and significant fines and surcharges against my drivers license. Due to how Jennifer handled the case discovery, our negotiation strategy, and the municipal prosecutor, we were able to negotiate a reduced plea that saw nearly no fines and points levied. Jennifer's help was very much appreciated and I would recommend her strongly for traffic court matters if you find yourself in need of thoughtful and committed legal representation.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Jen regarding an unfortunate traffic violation I received. She met with me briefly prior to the hearing, we chatted about the situation, and she went in to represent my side. Having never actually been to court, I was pretty nervous about the whole situation. But she put me at ease, and was actually able to do what I thought was the impossible and get the charge demoted to a non-moving violation. It was honestly the best outcome it could have been for such an unforutunate situation. I highly recommend her
I was very satisfied with Jennifer's service she fought tanaciously to get me the best plea agreement she could, i was happy with the outcome of my case. i would certainly use her services again and recommend her to friends and family
I will deathly recommend her for any traffic matter she was a really excellent legal advice
I had two arrests in two different towns and she was able to consolidate the both of them to one date in one town. Of the 7 charges I received, she was able to get all dropped except for 2. She was on top of everything I needed from the first day we talked. Highly recommend her for her services if they're needed.
I contacted Jennifer Mendelsohn after my teenaged daughter was involved in a traffic accident at the entrance to the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, NJ. Upon retaining her services, Ms. Mendelsohn immediately went about protecting my daughter's rights and investigating the incident. Even though my daughter was unable to be present in court (because she was away at school), Ms. Mendelsohn was able to get the traffic violations and license points my daughter was facing, as well as the fines, reduced. She kept us apprised via email and telephone and handled the matter efficiently and professionally.
Jennifer is a superb lawyer who under-promises, but over-delivers. Jennifer is very diligent and provides frequent updates on your case. I enjoy working with Jennifer and will continue to work with her for many years to come. I strongly recommend Jennifer without reservations.
For almost two months, I was unspeakably nervous about the two charges I received in Little Falls, NJ: Failure to Report an Accident (njsa 39:4-130), and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Property Damage (njsa 39.4-129 (b). The penalties for Leaving the Scene could include up to a $400 fine, 30 days in jail, a suspended license, not to mention serious insurance hikes. Jen was able to get the worse charge (leaving the scene) completely dropped, and I walked out of court with only a $100 fine, and a charge of Failure to Report. Jen was both reassuring and straightforward with me every time we spoke on the phone or emailed. It was a pleasure to have her serve me.
I called Jen when I had an issue with my car insurance/registration. She first contacted me by phone, and then asked me to come to her office. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about my traffic court issues. She always kept me in the loop. Jen was able to speak with the prosecutor and have the charges dropped. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone in need.
She was the quickest to respond back to my inquiry, extremely easy to contact and responsive.
