Client Review:
I came in for a consultation, everything was going well. I decided a few days later to hire the firm. The firm would not compromise with my situation as I lived 1 hour away and would not fax me the necessary paperwork. The lawyer I was dealing with, Jason L. Musante, was very difficult to reach and would not give me a satisfactory explanation to why they could not fax the documents (only we would prefer if you came in, even after I told them I would have to drive 1 hour each way). I finally called their office and told them I would be coming in later that day. I made the drive only to find their office closed without notifying me (they had all my information, including cell phone which they have called me on before). This happened over a period of about a month.
After this experience, I went to another lawyer. They faxed me all the paperwork and had the matter closed in three days from when I Due to the lawyer's negligence and delay of my case I missed the time frame to resolve my case. Summary: Poor customer service and hard to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Anonymous Comment: I did not "handle" this person's traffic violation. This person never retained me or my firm. Any delay in his case was caused by HIS failure to simply retain the firm. In the meantime, I went out of my way, on several occasions via telephone conversations and email correspondence, to answer his questions and provide advice on the general legal process without ever having been retained.
The day he supposedly decided to retain the firm, a month after his free initial consultation and just 2 weeks before his court date, our office closed unexpectedly fifteen minutes early at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday due to severe weather in the area. A tornado had actually touched down in the area and there were several warnings and advisories. I am sorry for this unfortunate circumstance, but this was beyond my control and this gentleman had more than ample time to retain us beforehand.
I pride myself on customer service and I consider myself very flexible in that regard. However, there are only so many minutes during the workday that our office can devote to nonpaying "potential clients." I am also cautious of persons who seek legal advice without ever intending to retain the firm. This person showed me very little inclination of hiring the firm. His expectation that we would anticipate him to doing so during fifteen minutes of very severe weather at the end of a Friday, and a month after his initial consultation, is unreasonable.
