Kathy Eldergill understands employment law extremely well and is very good at explaining the important details. She is also a careful listener, quickly grasps circumstances, and efficiently maps out a set of options. I found that she knew how and when to act and when to let things ride. She was mindful of my financial circumstances and never wasted my time or money. During this somewhat drawn-out process, she never failed to respond to any of my phone calls or emails, and she never lost sight of my objectives. She proved to be a wise negotiator, and the outcome of my case was better than it might have been because of her efforts. I would not hesitate to call on her again.
During a very difficult employment situation Kathy provided prudent, objective and educated counseling and settled without having to endure a court trial. She's methodical in her fact finding and an excellent negotiator. I put my financial and career welfare in her hands and i now work because I want to not because i have to.
